The ESTILUBE range consists of mono and polyol esters for use in metal working fluids and other industrial lubricants. These specialty products are applied as lubricity additives and film-forming components in the formulation.The ESTILUBE L-series covers a range of mono esters with low odor and a low content of residual alcohol. The L-series esters are based on ‘narrow cut’ fatty acids. This means that a superior product quality is obtained with no light boilers or heavy residues.The ESTILUBE P-series are based on pentaerythritol and selected mono and di-carboxylic acids and are available in varying viscosity ranges. Again, ‘narrow cut’ fatty acids are selected to obtain a superior product quality.Commercial applications are found in water-miscible cutting fluids, neat oils, deep-drawing lubricants, grinding fluids, release agents, additive packages, de-watering fluids, rust removers, aerosols and many other areas.

ESTILUBE™ L360 S is an ester oil based on vegetable fatty acids. It is applied as a base oil in water- and non-water-miscible metal working fluids, mold release agents, and other industrial fluids where good lubricity is required. This can replace mineral oil in many industrial lubricant formulations. This can be mixed with ESTILUBE L300, ESTILUBE PTO, and ESTILUBE P1600 in order to adjust the viscosity of non-water miscible formulations. ESTILUBE™ L360 S is formulated with emulsifiers such as ESTISURF 600 and sodium sulphonates for the development of water-miscible formulations.

ESTILUBE™ P688 is an ester oil based on natural, saturated fatty acids and a polyol with a neopentyl structure. This has a very high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and good lubricating properties. It forms no carbon residues, even at very high temperatures. It is recommended for use in high-temperature lubricants such as greases and chain lubricants. This is based on saturated fatty acids and has very good oxidation stability. It is miscible with mineral oil, PAO, esters, and polyglycols.

ESTISOL® 170 is a short-chained ester derived from fractionated fatty acids of coconut oil. It is a strong polar solvent with good environmental properties, making it an environmentally friendly option for industrial cleaning applications. ESTISOL® 170 is suitable for use in cleaners, degreasers, and paint removers, offering versatility and effective performance in institutional and industrial care settings.

ESTISURF® 1310 W is a non-ionic surfactant based on C13 fatty alcohol ethoxylate. It is a surfactant with a very high HLB value. It is supplied as an 85% solution in water to ease storage and handling at low temperatures.

ESTISURF® 480 is a non-ionic emulsifier based on vegetable fatty acids. It is used when emulsifying oils and solvents in releasing agents, cutting fluids, cleaners, and hand cleaners. It is often combined with co-emulsifiers like fatty acid soaps, petroleum sulphonates, and other non-ionic surfactants.

ESTISURF® A2 is a non-ionic emulsifier package for the production of stable emulsions. This is especially formulated for the emulsification of de-aromatized white spirit. It is used as an emulsifier in metal degreasers, cold cleaners, and also for blankets and roller washes in the off-set printing industry.

RESIN CLEANER PU30 is an industrial cleaning agent with a high flash point and a low odor. The product is based on synthetic esters, polar solvents, and wetting agents and is normally applied undiluted. It is a slow-evaporating agent and an alternative to acetone, NMP, NEP, and other chlorinated solvents.

ESTISURF® MF2-EC1 MB consists of non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants, RSPO MB-quality ESTISOL esters, and coupling agents. It is formulated with water, sequestering agents, and optional additives such as color and perfume. It has been developed for use in degreasing agents based on readily biodegradable raw materials.

ESTIMOL® CX-N is a lubricant additive based on complex polyol esters.It not only enhances the lubricating properties of water-dilutable metal working fluids, but it also improves both their corrosion protection and emulsion stability. When mixed with water, the product forms a milky emulsion.

ESTIMOL® TE 2000 N is a polyol ester based on vegetable and synthetic carboxylic acids. It provides excellent lubricating properties in water-dilutable metal working fluids. Residual acid from esterification has been neutralized with 1-2% of TEA 99%. It is completely water-soluble and forms clear solutions in demineralized water. A small amount of sequestering agent should be added in case hard water is used for the dilution.

ESTIMOL® TE 2000 N

ESTIMOL® CE 960NN is a polymer ester based on natural and synthetic carboxylic acids. It provides excellent lubricating and emulsifying properties in metalworking fluids. The acid value of ESTIMOL® CE 960NN is generally neutralized by alkaline components in water-dilutable metal working fluids. Typical neutralizing agents are alkanol amines, primary and tertiary amines, potassium hydroxide, or other inorganic bases. The neutralized ester contributes to the corrosion protection properties of the fluid and also improves the emulsion stability.

ESTISOL® 210 is a mid-chained ester derived from natural, saturated fatty acids. It features a mild odor and light color, making it suitable for industrial cleaning applications, including cleaners. Its natural origin and effective solvency make it a versatile choice for institutional and industrial care.

ESTISURF® LF 181 consists of an optimized composition of nonionic and amphoteric surfactants. It is low-foaming. Any foam present breaks down after 5 minutes and during subsequent water flushing. This shows excellent solubility and cleaning properties in high-alkaline cleaner formulations. It is applied as the only surfactant in alkaline cleaners; no other surfactants or hydrotropes are needed.

ESTISURF® LF 139 is a low-foam, non-ionic surfactant based on the C12-C14 fatty alcohol ethoxylate-propoxylate. It is applied in industrial cleaners, degreasers, floor cleaners, paper chemicals, and other areas where a low foam product profile is required. It has excellent oil and grease-removal properties.

ESTISURF® A1 is a non-ionic emulsifier package for the production of stable emulsions. This is especially formulated for the emulsification of white spirit. It can be applied as an emulsifier in cold cleaners, metal degreasers, blankets, and roller washes for the off-set printing industry.

ESTISURF® M29 is a nonionic emulsifier package for the production of emulsions with high stability. It is especially suitable for emulsifying de-aromatized hydrocarbon solvents such as D60, D80, and D100. The emulsions have a low viscosity and show good water-washability.

DEFOAMER 700 is a silicone-oil-free defoamer based on a stabilized copolymer dispersion, offering excellent defoaming and deaeration properties. It is suitable for industrial and institutional cleaning applications, including cleaners, degreasers, and metalworking fluids. DEFOAMER 700 also supports use in hydraulic fluids, cooling waters, and process water treatment, making it versatile for chemical manufacturing, water treatment, and automotive fluid applications.

ESTISOL® 390 MB is a 2-ethylhexyl ester of long-chained natural fatty acids derived from RSPO MB vegetable oils. It is a versatile ester solvent with a lower odor than tall oil fatty acid esters. ESTISOL® 390 MB is suitable for applications such as offset printing inks, release agents, and pigment binder preparations, making it ideal for use in printing, packaging, and chemical manufacturing industries.

Its eco-friendly properties and effective solvency make it suitable for institutional and industrial care.

ESTISURF® CF20 is a nonionic emulsifier based on modified fatty acid MEA amides. It is used as an emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor for water-miscible metal working fluids, cleaning agents, and other formulated products. It is also added to the lubricating properties of certain formulations.

ESTILUBE™ L300 MB is an ester oil based on natural, saturated fatty acids derived from vegetable oils of RSPO MB quality. It has a high flash point, good oxidation stability, a low evaporation rate, and good lubricating and penetrating properties. It has excellent compatibility with a wide range of polymers.

ESTISOL® 140 is an aliphatic synthetic ester with high solvency power, a high flash point, and low viscosity. It exhibits excellent wetting properties due to its very low surface tension. ESTISOL® 140 is suitable for industrial cleaning applications, including cleaners, and is valued for its performance in formulations requiring effective solvency, wetting, and safety under high-flash-point conditions.

ESTICLEAN® 159 is based on a mixture of esters and non-ionic emulsifiers of vegetable origin. The product is normally used undiluted, followed by water washing in the second step. This product is a replacement for acetone and other organic solvents in industries. It's primary use is to remove residues of polystyrene from molds and other production equipment.

ESTISURF® 1305 is a nonionic surfactant based on C13 fatty alcohol ethoxylate. It is a surfactant with a medium HLB value. It has numerous applications in formulated chemical products such as polishes, car care products, lubricants, and paper chemicals.

ESTISURF® 1618/3 is a non-ionic surfactant based on linear, natural C16-C18 fatty alcohols. It is 100% active and liquid at room temperature, unlike most other non-ionic surfactants based on saturated C16-C18 fatty alcohols. It has no CLP hazard label, and this makes it possible to formulate emulsions with no H sentences.

ESTISURF® 1008 W is a nonionic surfactant with a high HLB value based on C10 fatty alcohol ethoxylate. It is supplied as an 80% solution in water to ease storage and handling at low temperatures. It has extraordinary surface-wetting properties.

DEFOAMER M 60 is a mineral oil and stearate-based defoamer designed for aqueous systems. It is a 100% active material, free of silicone oils, and offers stability in alkaline conditions. DEFOAMER M 60 is suitable for industrial cleaning applications, including cleaners, and is effective in processes like emulsion polymerization and pigment grinding. It is also used in water treatment, dispersion paints, and metal manufacturing applications.

ESTILUBE™ L245 is a strong polar monoester with a high flash point, excellent surface wetting properties, and good hydrolytic stability. It leaves no carbon residues on the surface after heat treatment of the workpiece. It's applications lie in many areas, like being used as low-temperature lubricants and neat oils.

ESTISURF® 430 is a 100% bio-based, non-ionic emulsifier based on vegetable fatty acids. It is used for the emulsification of oils, solvents in releasing agents, cutting fluids, hand cleaners, and other industrial formulations. It is an excellent coupling agent for dissolving polar emulsifiers in non-polar-based fluids.

ESTISURF® LH MB is an anionic surfactant based on fatty alcohol derivatives. This shows excellent solubility in water-alcohol mixtures. It is applied in windscreen cleaners based on water, ethanol, and isopropanol. It can also be applied to many industrial and institutional cleaners as an emulsifier and surface wetting agent.

ESTISURF® 1308 W is a nonionic surfactant based on C13 fatty alcohol ethoxylate. It is a surfactant with a high HLB value. It is supplied as a 90% solution in water to ease storage and handling at low temperatures.

ESTISURF® 285 W is a nonionic surfactant based on a short-chained natural fatty alcohol ethoxylate. It is a surfactant with a medium HLB value. This shows good miscibility with ethanol and iso-propanol in concentrated and ready-for-use wind screen cleaning.

ESTISURF® CC03 is an emulsifier package based on non-ionic surfactants and coupling agents. It is compatible with a wide range of solvents. Cold cleaners containing ESTISURF® CC03 will show good self-spitting properties in oil separators. It is an all-round emulsifier package for use in high-performance cold cleaners.

ESTISURF® BA 1206 is based on a C12-branched fatty alcohol alkoxylate with a medium HLB value. The product is 90% active in water and low-foaming compared with other alcohol alkoxylates with a similar HLB value. It has very low surface tension in an aqueous solution and extraordinary surface wetting properties.
