BENTONE LUXE WS allows the creation of elegant textures with a thixotropic flow and suspension of active ingredients. It improves application properties, enhances skin-feel by masking greasy or tacky components and imparts a pleasant residual silkiness to the skin. This grade is designed to impart rheological control and suspension to silicone-based cosmetics and emulsion systems. It provides thermostable viscosity control of the emulsion's oil phase. It aids in dispersing pigments and sunscreen actives for even coverage.

BENTONE LUXE WS is a very high viscosity, shear-thinning product. To ensure good homogeneous mixing is achieved, care must be taken to overcome the large viscosity differential existing between the BENTONE LUXE WS and the other lower viscosity components.

BENTONE LUXE WS should be added to the silicone phase of the system under homogenization to ensure proper dispersion. Mix until homogeneous before adding the other ingredients.
