PEL-SIL™ bis-PEG-10 is a linear, 100% active, dimethicone terminated with PEG-10 polyether groups. It is dispersible in water and is used in applications where lubricity, softness and conditioning are required. It finds use in personal care, household products, textiles and leather processing. Excellent surface tension reducer, it can boost foam quantity and stability in a multitude of personal care applications. It provides additional benefits such as moisturizing, emollience and a soft silky feel on hair and skin. It may also be used as a reagent to modify polymeric systems by virtue of its two primary hydroxyls. In these systems, it provides the typical benefits of silicones that include slip, mar resistance, anti-blocking, softness and improved temperature stability to the finish polymer.

PEL-SIL™ bis-PEG-10

PEL-SIL™ bis-PEG-12

PEL-SIL™ CL320 is a low HLB silicone surfactant and a leveling & gloss agent. It is used as an additive for polyurethane coating resin systems. PEL-SIL™ 9107 will react into PU coatings to give silicone properties to the surface because it is hydroxyl functional. It is useful for imparting silicone characteristics into synthetic leather top coat formulations.

PEL-SIL™ CL320

PEL-AMPH™ CSF is a amphoteric surfactant useful in the formulation of both personal care and industrial cleaners. Due to its mildness and excellent coupling properties, PEL-AMPH™ CSF is used to couple conditioning agents in shampoos. Its ability to couple nonionic surfactants into formulations with high levels of electrolyte makes PEL-AMPH™ CSF very useful for industrial cleaners. PELAMPH CSF is suggested for products where the presence of sodium chloride would be detrimental to the performance of the final product or would cause corrosion problems because the chloride level is essentially nil. It is stable over a broad pH range and is the surfactant of choice in high electrolyte systems.

PEL-PHOS™ CD270 is an aqueous solution of the sodium salt of a medium HLB, aromatic, phosphate ester. PEL-PHOS™ CD270 is a useful pigment dispersion agent for the manufacture of paints. It is also a detergent, foamer, corrosion inhibitor, emulsifier for detergent concentrates & metalworking fluids, FDA, EPA compliance.

PEL-SIL™ 648 reduces the surface tension of aqueous solutions significantly lower than conventional nonionic surfactants can. Even at concentrations as low as 0.01 percent, PEL-SIL™ 648 will reduce surface tension below 23 dynes/cm. It produces very rapid wetting and spreading on hard-to-wet surfaces such as waxy leaves. PEL-SIL™ 648 allows complete coverage with herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and other agricultural chemicals. It is a low molecular weight nonionic silicone polyether surfactant, developed to improve the wetting, spreading and penetration of agricultural chemicals. It may be used as an ingredient in pesticide products, or as a tank-mix adjuvant for foliar applied chemicals. PEL-SIL™ 648 meets the requirements of US EPA regulation 40 CFR 180.910 regarding “tolerances and exemption from tolerances for pesticide chemicals in or on raw agricultural commodities.” It is approved for both food and nonfood use.

PEL-SIL™ CL360 is a organo-modified silicone-based additive consisting of a siloxane backbone and polyethylene-oxide (EO) and polypropylene oxide (PO) side chains. It has pendant molecular structure. PEL-SIL™ CL360 is an excellent flow and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings and inks. It can also be used as defoamer or anti-foaming agent for waterborne coatings systems. It can be used at low dosage levels. For polyurethane foam coatings, PEL-SIL™ CL360 acts a surfactant and foam cell stabilizer. It is not compatible on the isocyanate side and must be added with the polyol. It exhibits excellent compatibility with most polyol premixes.

PEL-CAT™ 9540-A is Primary trimerization catalysts for wide range of rigid foams; high rate of trimer formation improves flammability properties and compressive strength. PEL-CAT 9540 & 9540-A are standard 15% K Octoate in diethyleneglycol (DEG).

PEL-SURF™ PHC is a concentrated sulfate free blend of mild surfactants designed to be used as a base for cleansing personal care products such as shower gels, body washes, shampoos and face cleansers. Formulations prepared from PELSURF PHC may be thickened by adjusting the pH into the desired range, typically 5 - 6. By adding additional components such as preservative, fragrance, conditioning agents, etc. A variety of specialized formulas can be created.
