Eager Polymers EP4117 is a room temperature curing, rigid, translucent, polyester resin for use with fiberglass fabric. It is an air-inhibited resin so additional layers can be applied without sanding between layers. Consequently, EP4117 is often called bonding resin or laminating resin. Successful applications include boat-building, auto body construction, mother mold production and other reinforced plastic parts by hand lay-up or chopper gun.

Eager Polymers EP7922 White Mold Release Paste Wax is a mold release agent for all the numerous and widespread applications currently used by carnauba wax. In the plastics industry, a film of carnauba wax may be used alone or superimposed by other compounds such as PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) as an excellent releasing agent for most jobs. However, there are different grades and colors of carnauba wax, whereas our white mold release wax EP7922 is pure white. This feature is of great importance to plastics manufactureres who cannot tolerate staining, discoloration or marking off of the cast piece.

Eager Polymers ER2310 Supersealer and Release Agent are a quickly and effectively seals porous surfaces such as plaster, gypsum, clays, stone, concrete, cement and wood, and facilitates the release of Eager Plastics mold rubbers without interfering with surface detail. Because it is water soluble, it can be easily washed away with warm water - thus your original piece will be unharmed. ER3210 is a bulk liquid applied with a brush and dries in 5 minutes. Multiple layers can be applied for very porous surfaces.

Eager Polymers EP4101 Castolite AC is a room temperature cured, air-inhibited, rigid, water-clear casting resin. The liquid color is pale turquoise to clear, however when properly cured, EP4101 is crystal clear with excellent sparkle. EP4101 is widely used to make clear paperweights, jewelry, crystal balls, or to encapsulate dried biological or botanical specimens. When used with fiberglass fabric, vandal resistant windows or resin-stained glass can be made. Eager Plastics' extensive line of transparent dyes are available for a wide variety of effects.

Eager Polymers Polyvinyl Alcohol Release Agent (EP7930) PVA solution is a unique release agent composed of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) resin in a water and alcohol solvent system. PVA provides positive release with excellent part finish for most resins, and in particular, in reinforced fiberglass production and FRP.

Eager Polymers EP4140 is a room temperature cured, air-inhibited, flexible, casting resin promoted for fast gel and cure. EP4140 is widely used to make flexible furniture trim or wood-like carvings. It is nailable whether it is filled or unfilled. However, fillers, such as pecan shell flour, perlite, glass bubbles, fiberglass fibers, etc. are generally used, in amounts up to 50%, to increase strength, and to reduce weight and cost.
