Organic sugar is cane sugar grown through approved organic methods, suitable for retail or industrial application and are sourced from Asia, South America and Caribbean sugar mills.

Fondants are a range of packaged fondant, primarily for the confectionary and baking industries, as well as a bee feed product. We also offer sucroline, a high Brix invert sugar, similar to products such as trimoline, and used for products such as pastries, ganache, Belgian waffles and ice creams.

Organic Fairtrade sugar is cane sugar grown through approved organic methods by audited and approved Fairtrade co-operatives which is suitable for retail or industrial application.The Sugar is sourced from Caribbean sugar mills and of Light Demerara quality.

Liquid invert sugar/IS is a range of white invert sugar to 25 Icumsa or regular invert sugar above 25 Icumsa. We can also supply special low-color liquid and invert sugars with colors from 2 Icumsa to 10 Icumsa. We can provide from low Brix to Brix 80, and from a 50 % inversion up to a complete inversion of sucrose to its component monosaccharides, glucose and fructose. Most inversions are carried out by acid hydrolysis or enzymatic hydrolysis as per customer request.

Liquid sugar are products for industrial application made in our facility to produce variety of products depending on your needs, from low dry substance to 69 % dry substance.

Natural brewing syrups are a replacement to the standard European solution for malt and dark beers where sugars are used, to eliminate entirely the use of caramel color E150c, now considered in some jurisdictions as an unwanted and potentially carcinogenic. This delivers the same dark color, but no e-numbers at all.

Golden granulated, light Demerara and dark Demerara cane sugars are cane sugars suitable for retail or industrial application, sourced from Southern Africa, Central America and Caribbean sugar mills. Varieties in color from 500 Icumsa to 5,000 Icumsa to meet all requirements.

Fairtrade cane sugar is cane sugar grown by audited and approved Fairtrade co-operatives, suitable for retail or industrial application.The Sugar is sourced primarily from Southern African sugar mills and can be supplied as white or light Demerara qualities.

Fructose syrups are a range of fructose-based syrups, including Fruitopure 95, a nearly pure fructose syrup with a color below 25 Icumsa. We have also developed a lower cost alternative to 95% liquid fructose, with a lower fructose value, but the same perceived sweetening characteristics in soft and alcoholic drinks. A certified organic version of this product is also available.

Naturmix specifically developed blends of extract of the stevia leaf, to provide a product lower in energy content, competitive in price, and from an all natural source for all of its components. Our blends of stevia not only help create healthier final consumer products, but are designed on a case-by-case basis with our customer to ensure that there are no off or side flavors, with a resulting perfect sugar substitute.

Blended sweeteners are a variety of blended dry sweeteners with ingredients including stevia, fructose, Neotame, erythritol, isomalt, sugar or maltodextrin, as well as with other materials including fiber from polydextrose. These are developed to meet bespoke needs of our partners.

Sucromix is an ideal blend of invert sugar and fructose-glucose syrups, with no compromise to quality, but at a more economical price to standard invert sugars. Special blends can be provided at lower relative sweetness levels to match the production and cost needs of particular applications like jams or baked goods.

Soft brown and muscovado-style sugars are light brown and dark brown sugars, particularly popular for the bakery industry, or for retail industry for bakery application. Supplied from Southern African origins and further developed on-site in Europe.

Liquid polydextrose is a dedicated production line for regular and lower color or reduced Maillard effect liquid polydextrose available in standard dry substance of 70 per cent and custom dry substances up to 82%, delivered in IBCs or bulk tanker.

Baking syrups are a full range including traditional golden syrups and treacles, but also blends of dark syrups with and without malt extracts, cane-based products, and specialized sweetening glazes.

Sugar replacement/low-calorie sweeteners are an advanced range of alternative sweeteners, many of which are all natural and clean labels, meeting the demands of both industrial and retail clients who are looking for more than just sugar products. They are new formulations to solve the challenges presented to the sweetener market.

Conventional and organic burnt sugar also known as aromatic caramel, is a sugar-only derived product used primarily as a flavor ingredient in applications including baked goods, dessert toppings, sauces, coffee drinks, confectionery, breakfast cereals and pet foods. Its secondary purpose is as an all-natural colorant. It can also be used as an ingredient option for spirits and alcoholic drinks under the EU definition of ‘burned sugar’. A certified organic version from cane sugar is also available.
