SYNTHOESTER 1130 is used in combination with isocyanate pre-polymers, such as Desmodur L, IL, HL, N, VL, for air-drying
two-component polyurethane coatings. Synthoester 1130 is especially suitable for fast drying
polyurethane coatings in combination with Desmodur IL or HL.
The low OH-content makes relatively long pot lives of mixtures possible, providing very good
application possibilities with casting machines.

100 parts by wt of Synthoester 1130/75% (form in which supplied) are equivalten of the
following amounts of Desmodur:
Desmodur HL 60 70 parts by wt.
Desmodur IL 50 92 parts by wt.
Desmodur L 67 64 parts by wt.
Desmodur L 75 57 parts by wt.
Desmodur N 45 parts by wt.
Desmodur VL 25 parts by wt.
The amount of Desmodur added may deviate by +/- 20% from the equivalent amount. For
primers and intermediates coats, undercuring, and for topcoats exposed to unusual conditions,
overcuring is recommended.
