IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Mistron® 303 is a high-purity, functional additive ideal for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. It provides reinforcement for improved mechanical properties and imparts hydrophobicity and barrier properties for improved corrosion resistance. It is mainly composed of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite. The product is odorless and has a white or off-white to light gray color.

DeCAL 2155 is a powerful non-aqueous wetting and dispersing agent that can be utilized across a wide variety of industries. It is used as a dispersing and wetting agent in non-aqueous organic and inorganic pigment preparations. DeCAL 2155 finds applications in solvents based paints, coatings, inks, pigment dispersions, agrochemical suspensions, lubricants, and adhesives.

ACCESS® AminoKomplex Proprietary diamino-functional silane blend is a high-performance silane coupling agent designed to enhance the adhesion of coatings, adhesives, and sealants. This proprietary blend of diamino-functional silanes has a unique structure that provides improved bonding capabilities with various substrates, including glass, metal, and plastics. It is especially effective in applications where high-performance is required, such as in the automotive and aerospace industries.

Boratherm™ H5 F13.0 is produced from a carefully selected, naturally occurring, platy, sedimentary mineral that predominantly consists of partially hydrated magnesium-calcium carbonate. The mineral’s platy particle shape and sub-micron particle size make Boratherm™ H5 products an effective rheology modifier in aqueous suspensions and other fluids. Boratherm™ H5 F13.0 is stearic acid surface-treated Boratherm™ H5 to render the surface hydrophobic. To guarantee a consistent product quality for the Boratherm™ H5 grades, the chemical composition of the raw materials, the product particle size of the final products, and the treatment process (in the case of the Boratherm™ H5 F13.0) are closely monitored and kept within a narrow variation.

Access Rudolf Organosilane AE 301T1 is an excellent coupling agent that improves the adhesive and cohesive strength of coatings, adhesives, and composites. It is compatible with various solvents and resins and is especially useful for glass fiber reinforced plastics. AE 301T1 is also suitable for use in electronic applications.

Mistron® 100-100DT2 is a high-purity, platy talc with more than 97% talc content. Mistron® 100 is used for pitch control in all types of pulp and paper mills. Mistron® 100/100DT2 is also available in compacted form to improve flow characteristics and minimize dusting.

Portaryte® B15 is produced from carefully selected, very white, naturally occurring baryte. The standardized quality of Portaryte® is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Fine grades of Portaryte® fillers have been specially developed for powder coating applications. They are successfully used as an alternative for fine synthetic blanc fixe in high-gloss applications.

TORMA BIO 7 ST can be used as a fluid lubricating coolant. The product appears as a clear liquid with a random odor. It is emulsifiable in water, has a flash point of max. 260°C, and a relative density of 0.952 kg/l.

Pangel CS 610 is an industrial rheological additive composed of colloidal silica. This product appears as an aqueous solution and is odorless. It has a pH value of 9.5-10.3 at 25°C and a density of 1.204-1.212 g/ccm at 20°C. Pangel CS 610 is also TSCA-registered.

Pangel OM4 is a rheological additive for intermediate to low-polarity systems, based on a highly purified bentonite clay. Pangel OM4 shows particularly good performance in aliphatic and aromatic solvents. Pangel OM4 is recommended for both aliphatic solvents and mineral or synthetic oils.

Pangel M90F is a magnesian bentonite-based rheological additive for easy gelling and dispersing capacity. This activated bentonite product increases stability and viscosity control with very fast dispersion. Pangel additives have been specially designed to optimize the rheology of the whole thickening system, either alone or in combination with other organic additives.

Pangel RMA 400 is a high-performance liquid additive and concrete rheology modifier, especially developed to reduce exudation and segregation while improving pumpability. Due to its unique structure, Pangel RMA 400 is recommended for ready-mixed concrete applications where rheology control and high initial strengths are required. It increases cohesion and initial resistance, reducing exudation and segregation.

Pangel B5 is a powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for low-polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on both aliphatic solvents and mineral or synthetic oils. Pangel B5 is particularly recommended to provide thixotropic, suspension, and sagging-resistance properties to systems based on both aliphatic-type solvents and mineral or synthetic oils.

Pangel B42 is an organically modified sepiolite powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for high polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on alcohol, glycol and ketone type solvents, as well as in mixtures of those with water.

Pangel J60 is a powder thixotropic additive, specially developed to act as an anti-sagging and anti-slipping agent. It improves system workability, suspension properties, and visual finish.It controls flow and consistency, ensuring optimal distribution of solvents, fillers, and other components.

Pangel RMA 421P is an industrial rheological additive mainly composed of sepiolite (hydrous magnesium silicate). The product appears as a light cream or beige, free-flowing powder and is odorless. It has a moisture content of max. 35% and a bulk density of 530-670 g/L. Pangel RMA 421P is also TSCA-registered.

Pangel B40 is a powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for high-polarity systems. It is especially recommended for adding thixotropic, suspension, and sagging resistance properties to systems based on alcohol, glycol, and ketone solvents, as well as mixtures of those solvents with water.
