- Instruction for Use & Dosage
It is recommended to incorporate Mincorp® FF during dispersion or wet mixing phase, preferably using high shear conditions. Its use as a suspending component requires enough water within the system, as well as optimum mixing conditions that ensure correct dispersion of the constituting particles. It is recommended to add it as a pre-gel, but it can also be pre-dispersed employing chemical dispersants, like TSPP (tetra sodium pyrophosphate) in concentrations of 1.5% - 2% weight of Mincorp FF.
Dosage
Recommended addition rate for Mincorp® FF can vary significantly depending on the system, ranging from 0,05% to 2%.
