IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Mistron® 303 is a high-purity, functional additive ideal for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. It provides reinforcement for improved mechanical properties and imparts hydrophobicity and barrier properties for improved corrosion resistance. It is mainly composed of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite. The product is odorless and has a white or off-white to light gray color.

DeCAL 2155 is a powerful non-aqueous wetting and dispersing agent that can be utilized across a wide variety of industries. It is used as a dispersing and wetting agent in non-aqueous organic and inorganic pigment preparations. DeCAL 2155 finds applications in solvents based paints, coatings, inks, pigment dispersions, agrochemical suspensions, lubricants, and adhesives.

ACCESS® AminoKomplex Proprietary diamino-functional silane blend is a high-performance silane coupling agent designed to enhance the adhesion of coatings, adhesives, and sealants. This proprietary blend of diamino-functional silanes has a unique structure that provides improved bonding capabilities with various substrates, including glass, metal, and plastics. It is especially effective in applications where high-performance is required, such as in the automotive and aerospace industries.

Boratherm™ H5 F13.0 is produced from a carefully selected, naturally occurring, platy, sedimentary mineral that predominantly consists of partially hydrated magnesium-calcium carbonate. The mineral’s platy particle shape and sub-micron particle size make Boratherm™ H5 products an effective rheology modifier in aqueous suspensions and other fluids. Boratherm™ H5 F13.0 is stearic acid surface-treated Boratherm™ H5 to render the surface hydrophobic. To guarantee a consistent product quality for the Boratherm™ H5 grades, the chemical composition of the raw materials, the product particle size of the final products, and the treatment process (in the case of the Boratherm™ H5 F13.0) are closely monitored and kept within a narrow variation.

Access Rudolf Organosilane AE 301T1 is an excellent coupling agent that improves the adhesive and cohesive strength of coatings, adhesives, and composites. It is compatible with various solvents and resins and is especially useful for glass fiber reinforced plastics. AE 301T1 is also suitable for use in electronic applications.

Mistron® 100-100DT2 is a high-purity, platy talc with more than 97% talc content. Mistron® 100 is used for pitch control in all types of pulp and paper mills. Mistron® 100/100DT2 is also available in compacted form to improve flow characteristics and minimize dusting.

Portaryte® B15 is produced from carefully selected, very white, naturally occurring baryte. The standardized quality of Portaryte® is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Fine grades of Portaryte® fillers have been specially developed for powder coating applications. They are successfully used as an alternative for fine synthetic blanc fixe in high-gloss applications.

TORMA BIO 7 ST can be used as a fluid lubricating coolant. The product appears as a clear liquid with a random odor. It is emulsifiable in water, has a flash point of max. 260°C, and a relative density of 0.952 kg/l.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2117 DMM is an extremely hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with exceptional chemical and early water-resistance properties. HD-2117 DMM was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood. It produces films with exceptional adhesion to aluminum, excellent levelling properties, and high levels of chemical resistance.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-2357 is a waterborne polyurethane. It is a resin used in the production of coatings and adhesives. Water-based polyurethane dispersions provide stain resistance in automotive interior plastic paints, lubricity in fly-fishing line coatings, durability in general aviation hangar floors, and crispness in sailcloth.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2113 is a very hard, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion specifically developed for factory-coated PVC flooring. It is ideally suited for PVC roll or sheet goods requiring maximum stain and abrasion resistance without the requirement for a 180-degree reverse bend.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2334 is a co-solvent-free, high-solids, flame-retardant, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame-retardancy. Low add-on levels of HD-2334 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests, including NFPA-701, MVSS-302, and others.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2120 is a very hard, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. It was developed for use on flexible and rigid PVC. This polymer is used in coatings to create hard, tough, hydrolysis-, chemical-, and stain-resistant films that rival the performance of 2-component polyurethane. Superior adhesion to PVC makes it the ideal candidate for automotive interior parts, vinyl furniture, and components.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2139 is an aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous urethane dispersion specifically developed for factory-coated PVC flooring. It was developed as a high-gloss, no-wax topcoat for expanded PVC flooring. Can be factory applied as a fused coating during PVC expansion. HD-2139 is ideally suited for PVC roll or sheet goods requiring a 180-degree reverse bend.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2101 is a soft, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It was designed primarily for use on flexible substrates as a coating, saturant, or impregnate. HD-2101 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with harder polyurethane dispersions or acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications. Rheology modifications can be made with associative thickeners for alternative application methods.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-3529 is a solvent-free, flexible, aliphatic, polycarbonate-polyurethane dispersion. It was designed primarily for use on flexible substrates as a coating, saturant, or impregnating agent. It may be blended with L-3528 to increase hardness. This grade can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications. It may be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-rolling or similar methods.
