IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Mistron® 102 Compacted is a functional additive with high purity that is particularly suitable for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. This additive enhances the mechanical properties of these products and imparts hydrophobicity and barrier properties, thereby improving their corrosion resistance. Comprised primarily of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite, the product is odorless and has a white or off-white to light gray color.

TORMA BIO 7 ST can be used as a fluid lubricating coolant. The product appears as a clear liquid with a random odor. It is emulsifiable in water, has a flash point of max. 260°C, and a relative density of 0.952 kg/l.

Mistron® AB is a high-purity, functional additive ideal for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. AFCONA 2023 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based coatings. The product has a moderate defoaming property and does not show many of the obvious side effects seen when using some stronger defoamers.

Access Rudolf Organosilane A311B is a highly effective adhesion promoter that enhances the bonding strength of polymers and inorganic substrates. It is a modified version of A311 and is specially designed for bonding applications that require high-temperature resistance. The product is a clear liquid and can be easily integrated into various formulations.

Access Rudolf XTMS 200 Fluid is a clear, colorless liquid that belongs to the family of organofunctional silanes. It is a tetramethoxysilane with a vinyl group attached to the silicon atom, which makes it highly reactive and useful as a crosslinking agent for various polymers. Specifically, XTMS 200 Fluid is commonly used in the production of silicone rubbers, adhesives, and coatings.

Access Rudolf Organosilane AE 301T1 is an excellent coupling agent that improves the adhesive and cohesive strength of coatings, adhesives, and composites. It is compatible with various solvents and resins and is especially useful for glass fiber reinforced plastics. AE 301T1 is also suitable for use in electronic applications.

DeCAL 5280 is a foam control agent that contains modified silicones and is suitable for use in both solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. DeCAL 5280

DeCAL 1005 is a hydrophobically modified synthetic alkali-swellable, solvent-free, and liquid thickener for waterborne systems. It is highly effective in increasing low shear viscosities as well as yield values. As a result, levels of use can be significantly reduced when replacing the usual low shear effective thickeners with DeCAL 1005.

DeCAL 5032 is designed to release bubbles and control foam generated in a wide range of aqueous systems containing surfactants. They are blends of non-ionic surfactants and hydrophobes in a highly refined mineral oil. They are non-silicone based. It is used in many applications including water-based paints, adhesives, carpet backing, paper coating, and effluent treatment.

DeCAL 1032 is a Prop 65 compliant, high-efficiency modified acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This high molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions. This product improves flow and leveling performance while retaining high thickening efficiency. The use of DeCAL 1032 also provides improved sag resistance and anti-settling and results in much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

DeCAL 4002HC is a versatile, high-performance, anionic, self-crosslinking polymer for the production of high-performance finishes across a variety of industries. DeCAL 4002HC can be used to replace UF and MF resins or used in conjunction to improve the abrasion resistance and tensile strength of natural and synthetic fabrics.

DeCAL 5061 is a highly effective foam control agent for use in powder systems, including plasters, fillers, mortars, and cement. It is a VOC-free powder-grade foam control agent. It is a free-flowing powder. DeCAL 5061 is normally used as delivered and blends easily.

DeCAL 9060 is a precast block water-inducing processing aid. It is used to improve compaction and handling of all dry/semi-dry concrete processes for blocks, paving flags, block pavers and other concrete products. Improved compaction properties also result in reduced machine stress and parts wear.

DeCAL 2040 is a derivative of a family of highly effective, low viscosity dispersing agent for water borne coating systems. The product is especially suited for the dispersion of inorganic pigments. DeCAL 2040 is a solution of a sodium salt of an acrylic polymer in water.

DeCAL 4287 is a low molecular weight carboxylated acrylic copolymer that can carry very high levels of pigment and provide maximum color development properties at these loadings. It is the same polymer as DeCAL 4286 but is supplied as the monoethanolamine salt for use in formulations where slower drying or better resolubility is required.
