When added to paints and coatings, MINEX® provides unparalleled durability and resistance to abrasion, fading, cracking, and aging associated with both environmental and chemical exposures.

IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

AFCONA 7371 is a modified fluorocarbon polyacrylate surface modifier with anti-foam and leveling properties, as well as better glassfiber wetting than AFCONA 7370. It is suitable for use in unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems, and is highly reactive to the air interface. This modifier evenly migrates to the surface, providing good leveling and anti-foam properties.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-2183 is an anionic, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for modifying industrial laminating adhesives. L-2183 may also be used in low tack pressure-sensitive applications. This grade can be used as supplied or blended with vinyl acetate/ethylene, styrene butadiene, and acrylic emulsions. The rheology of L-2183 may be modified with associative or acrylic thickeners for knife-over-roll or similar methods.

Portalum® A 25 is produced from refractory agglomerated super calcined (RASC) bauxite. The main constituent is the mineral corundum. The standardized quality of Portalum® A 25 is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. Raw materials and production are closely monitored to ensure consistency in chemical composition and grain size.

Artic Mist is an off-white, high-purity, extremely platy, very fine talc serving polymer, rubber, and coatings applications. Artic Mist® is recommended for excellent stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability, as well as improved impact strength and esthetics in high-performance plastics, plastic nucleation, foamed plastics, plastic films, and wire and cable applications.

Ti-Pure™ R-931 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment designed to provide maximum hiding in high-quality, high-PVC architectural coatings. This product has maximized efficiency while maintaining the highest level of film integrity. It is manufactured by the chloride process and has at least 80% TiO2 content.

DeCAL 1103 is an alkali-soluble, acrylic-based associative thickener specifically designed for use in aqueous systems requiring Newtonian rheological behavior. DeCAL 1103 is highly effective in silk and flat emulsion paint and provides an excellent balance between high and low shear viscosities, as well as excellent compatibility with most organic and inorganic pigments.

TYTAN™ AP310 is a mixture of titanium alkoxide and hydroxy acid ester that can be used as an adhesion promoter for printing, a crosslinker for paints, and a catalyst for esterification. TYTAN™ AP310 shows delayed reaction at ambient temperature and thus facilitates storage stability of inks.

PerformaSil™ 300 Roof Coating is a water-based elastomeric silicone coating that provides protection against harsh weather elements, UV degradation, and ponding water issues. It provides a flexible seal that resists lateral movements of roofing structures due to thermal expansion and contractions of the roofing structure. It repels physical water while being very permeable to water vapor allowing the structure to “breath.” Suitable for a variety of roofing substrates, it provides easy water clean-up with no solvents required for tool clean-up or overspray. It can be sprayed or roll applied.

PerformaSil™ 300 Roof Coating

Mistron® CFSA-M is a high-purity, functional additive ideal for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. It provides reinforcement for improved mechanical properties and imparts hydrophobicity and barrier properties for improved corrosion resistance. It is mainly composed of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite. The product is odorless and has a white or off-white to light gray color.

DeCAL 1005 is a hydrophobically modified synthetic alkali-swellable, solvent-free, and liquid thickener for waterborne systems. It is highly effective in increasing low shear viscosities as well as yield values. As a result, levels of use can be significantly reduced when replacing the usual low shear effective thickeners with DeCAL 1005.

DeCAL 5032 is designed to release bubbles and control foam generated in a wide range of aqueous systems containing surfactants. They are blends of non-ionic surfactants and hydrophobes in a highly refined mineral oil. They are non-silicone based. It is used in many applications including water-based paints, adhesives, carpet backing, paper coating, and effluent treatment.

DeCAL 1032 is a Prop 65 compliant, high-efficiency modified acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This high molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions. This product improves flow and leveling performance while retaining high thickening efficiency. The use of DeCAL 1032 also provides improved sag resistance and anti-settling and results in much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

DeCAL 4002HC is a versatile, high-performance, anionic, self-crosslinking polymer for the production of high-performance finishes across a variety of industries. DeCAL 4002HC can be used to replace UF and MF resins or used in conjunction to improve the abrasion resistance and tensile strength of natural and synthetic fabrics.

DeCAL 5061 is a highly effective foam control agent for use in powder systems, including plasters, fillers, mortars, and cement. It is a VOC-free powder-grade foam control agent. It is a free-flowing powder. DeCAL 5061 is normally used as delivered and blends easily.

DeCAL 9060 is a precast block water-inducing processing aid. It is used to improve compaction and handling of all dry/semi-dry concrete processes for blocks, paving flags, block pavers and other concrete products. Improved compaction properties also result in reduced machine stress and parts wear.

DeCAL 2040 is a derivative of a family of highly effective, low viscosity dispersing agent for water borne coating systems. The product is especially suited for the dispersion of inorganic pigments. DeCAL 2040 is a solution of a sodium salt of an acrylic polymer in water.

DeCAL 4287 is a low molecular weight carboxylated acrylic copolymer that can carry very high levels of pigment and provide maximum color development properties at these loadings. It is the same polymer as DeCAL 4286 but is supplied as the monoethanolamine salt for use in formulations where slower drying or better resolubility is required.
