IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Portalum® A 180 is produced from refractory agglomerated super calcined (RASC) bauxite. The main constituent is the mineral corundum. It enhances abrasion and chemical resistance in coatings, while its high hardness and density are valued in abrasive/friction applications such as brake pads. Sibelco Portalum calcined bauxite (aluminum oxide) is produced from refractory agglomerated super calcined (RASC) bauxite.

DeCAL 2075 is a derivative of a family of highly effective, low viscosity dispersing agents for water-borne systems. The product is especially suited for the dispersion of inorganic pigments across a wide range of industries. DeCAL 2075 is an ideal dispersing agent for a wide range of water-borne systems in the coatings, agrochemical, textile and construction industries.

Magris Talc Imperial 200 USP is a high-purity, platy talc designed for use in premium body and foot powders. Imperial 200 USP conforms to current USP Monograph requirements for talc as well as to FCC and PCPC (CTFA) specifications. It is produced in accordance with the IPEC excipient GMP guidelines.

AFCONA 4203 is an innovative polyester dispersant concept designed by AFCONA. It is based on the latest steric hindrance structure and newly designed anchoring groups, providing excellent wetting and dispersing performance for inorganic, organic, and carbon black. AFCONA 4203 also reduces the viscosity of high pigment content pastes, and has better stability for concentrate storage over long periods. This solvent-free design is ideal for low VOC formulation designs. It is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for all types of pigments and is a modified polyester polymer.

Securoc® C10 F12.0 is produced from a carefully selected, naturally occurring, platy sedimentary mineral that consists of partially hydrated magnesium-calcium carbonate. The standardized quality of Securoc® C10 is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Securoc® C10 is a very fine, platy-shaped filler that is flame and smoke retardant. In addition, this product works as an effective acid scavenger in halogen-containing polymers. It provides flame retardancy along with good smoke suppression and char formation, either by itself or in combination with ATH.

ACCESS® SFR 2,000 OH offer excellent thermal stability, low volatility, and a wide range of compatibility with other materials. These fluids can be used as base polymers or blend polymers to create materials with a range of hardness, and can be cured with silicon-hydride crosslinkers and a platinum catalyst. The hydroxyl-termination allows for further functionalization of the material, making it versatile and adaptable for a variety of applications

With nearly the same refractive index as the barefoot resins, MINBLOC® MC grades are ideal for PET, LLDE, LDPE, and other clear or opaque resin and film applications.

Portaflame® CA 25 grade is produced from carefully selected colemanite, which is a naturally occurring hydrated calcium borate. This light gray powder is odorless and decomposes at 340°C. It is used as a flame retardant for paints, polymers, rubber, and bitumen.

DCL Violet 11T is a red-violet powder produced by a high temperature precipitation process, giving a non-migrating and non-bleeding pigment. It has fair heat stability but poor exterior durability. Typical applications (non inclusive) are toning clear and white resins to mask yellowing and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.

DCL 2443 Vat Orange, PO.43 is a bright, high-chroma orange pigment with excellent overall properties and high tint strength, suitable for nearly all types of coatings and plastics applications. It can be used to formulate pastel colors and for shading as well as creating copper metallic shades; however, full shade applications may have a tendency to darken upon exposure.

DCL Black 411A is a brown-black powder produced by high-temperature calcination. It has good UV and visible opacity, high infrared reflection, and is chemically inert, heat-resistant, and stable to ultraviolet light. It is non-bleeding and non-migratory, has low heat build-up, exceptional durability, and hiding power. It is generally used in applications requiring resistance to heat, light, and weather, and is compatible with most resin systems and polymers, and is non-warping. Typical applications include liquid and powder coatings, inks, dispersions, plastics, and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.

DCL 2665 Hansa Yellow, PY.65 is a bright reddish shade hansa yellow with very good weather fastness properties and is recommended for industrial coatings. It also exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, and heat stability. This makes it a reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of coating applications.

DCL 7254 DPP Red, PR.254 (BO type) is a medium red shade DPP pigment that offers excellent masstone weather fastness, heat stability, acid, alkali and solvent resistance. It is recommended for high-end coatings and high-end plastics applications, especially exterior uses where excellent fastness properties are required. Moreover, this pigment is FDA-approved.

DCL 131-XF Nat Micronized Red Iron Oxide, PR.102 is a yellow-shaded micronized natural red iron oxide used in the coating of metal substrates in primers and other applications where low cost and excellent chemical resistance are needed. Some areas of application include the construction industry for the coloration of ceramics, cement, concrete, bricks, mortar, asphalt, and glass.

DCL 3GMX-SI Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a bright, green-shaded yellow pigment with stir-in dispersing properties. DCC Yellow 3GMX-SI has the highest color strength, gloss, and opacity versus traditional grades. DCC Yellow 3GMX-SI is especially suitable for automotive, industrial, and decorative paint applications.
