IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Mistron® 303 is a high-purity, functional additive ideal for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. It provides reinforcement for improved mechanical properties and imparts hydrophobicity and barrier properties for improved corrosion resistance. It is mainly composed of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite. The product is odorless and has a white or off-white to light gray color.

DeCAL 2155 is a powerful non-aqueous wetting and dispersing agent that can be utilized across a wide variety of industries. It is used as a dispersing and wetting agent in non-aqueous organic and inorganic pigment preparations. DeCAL 2155 finds applications in solvents based paints, coatings, inks, pigment dispersions, agrochemical suspensions, lubricants, and adhesives.

ACCESS® AminoKomplex Proprietary diamino-functional silane blend is a high-performance silane coupling agent designed to enhance the adhesion of coatings, adhesives, and sealants. This proprietary blend of diamino-functional silanes has a unique structure that provides improved bonding capabilities with various substrates, including glass, metal, and plastics. It is especially effective in applications where high-performance is required, such as in the automotive and aerospace industries.

Boratherm™ H5 F13.0 is produced from a carefully selected, naturally occurring, platy, sedimentary mineral that predominantly consists of partially hydrated magnesium-calcium carbonate. The mineral’s platy particle shape and sub-micron particle size make Boratherm™ H5 products an effective rheology modifier in aqueous suspensions and other fluids. Boratherm™ H5 F13.0 is stearic acid surface-treated Boratherm™ H5 to render the surface hydrophobic. To guarantee a consistent product quality for the Boratherm™ H5 grades, the chemical composition of the raw materials, the product particle size of the final products, and the treatment process (in the case of the Boratherm™ H5 F13.0) are closely monitored and kept within a narrow variation.

Access Rudolf Organosilane AE 301T1 is an excellent coupling agent that improves the adhesive and cohesive strength of coatings, adhesives, and composites. It is compatible with various solvents and resins and is especially useful for glass fiber reinforced plastics. AE 301T1 is also suitable for use in electronic applications.

Mistron® 100-100DT2 is a high-purity, platy talc with more than 97% talc content. Mistron® 100 is used for pitch control in all types of pulp and paper mills. Mistron® 100/100DT2 is also available in compacted form to improve flow characteristics and minimize dusting.

Portaryte® B15 is produced from carefully selected, very white, naturally occurring baryte. The standardized quality of Portaryte® is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of the raw material and the finished product is closely monitored, and the particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Fine grades of Portaryte® fillers have been specially developed for powder coating applications. They are successfully used as an alternative for fine synthetic blanc fixe in high-gloss applications.

TORMA BIO 7 ST can be used as a fluid lubricating coolant. The product appears as a clear liquid with a random odor. It is emulsifiable in water, has a flash point of max. 260°C, and a relative density of 0.952 kg/l.

DCL CB-9-PEW-70 Sparkling Aluminum Pellets are leafing aluminum flakes with an average particle size of 9 microns, offering high opacity and brightness. Incorporating the aluminum flakes in a wax carrier results in a clean, dust-free, and easy-to-handle aluminum pigment. This product provides a shiny and brilliant metallic effect for plastics masterbatch applications as well as direct application in plastic film extrusion, injection, and blow molding.

DCL CB-9-PEW-70 Sparkling Aluminum Pellets

DCL 2443 Vat Orange, PO.43 is a bright, high-chroma orange pigment with excellent overall properties and high tint strength, suitable for nearly all types of coatings and plastics applications. It can be used to formulate pastel colors and for shading as well as creating copper metallic shades; however, full shade applications may have a tendency to darken upon exposure.

DCL Black 411A is a brown-black powder produced by high-temperature calcination. It has good UV and visible opacity, high infrared reflection, and is chemically inert, heat-resistant, and stable to ultraviolet light. It is non-bleeding and non-migratory, has low heat build-up, exceptional durability, and hiding power. It is generally used in applications requiring resistance to heat, light, and weather, and is compatible with most resin systems and polymers, and is non-warping. Typical applications include liquid and powder coatings, inks, dispersions, plastics, and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.

DCL 2665 Hansa Yellow, PY.65 is a bright reddish shade hansa yellow with very good weather fastness properties and is recommended for industrial coatings. It also exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, and heat stability. This makes it a reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of coating applications.

DCL 7254 DPP Red, PR.254 (BO type) is a medium red shade DPP pigment that offers excellent masstone weather fastness, heat stability, acid, alkali and solvent resistance. It is recommended for high-end coatings and high-end plastics applications, especially exterior uses where excellent fastness properties are required. Moreover, this pigment is FDA-approved.

DCL Violet 11T is a red-violet powder produced by a high temperature precipitation process, giving a non-migrating and non-bleeding pigment. It has fair heat stability but poor exterior durability. Typical applications (non inclusive) are toning clear and white resins to mask yellowing and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.

DCL 131-XF Nat Micronized Red Iron Oxide, PR.102 is a yellow-shaded micronized natural red iron oxide used in the coating of metal substrates in primers and other applications where low cost and excellent chemical resistance are needed. Some areas of application include the construction industry for the coloration of ceramics, cement, concrete, bricks, mortar, asphalt, and glass.

DCL 3GMX-SI Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a bright, green-shaded yellow pigment with stir-in dispersing properties. DCC Yellow 3GMX-SI has the highest color strength, gloss, and opacity versus traditional grades. DCC Yellow 3GMX-SI is especially suitable for automotive, industrial, and decorative paint applications.
