IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Access Rudolf Organosilane A 312 is an organosilane coupling agent that is designed to improve the adhesion between inorganic materials and organic polymers. This coupling agent is highly versatile and can be used in a variety of applications such as adhesives, sealants, and coatings. It offers excellent thermal stability and can improve the mechanical properties of the final product.

DCL Yellow 30C119 is a bright yellow powder produced by high-temperature calcination. It has good UV and visible opacity, is chemically inert, heat-resistant, and stable to ultraviolet light. It is non-bleeding, non-migratory, has exceptional durability and hiding power, and is generally used in applications requiring resistance to heat, light, and weather. It is compatible with most resin systems and polymers, and it is non-warping. Typical applications include liquid and powder coatings, inks, dispersions, concrete, plastics, and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.

MINBLOC® MC-251 belongs to the MINBLOC® MC series of antiblocking additives that are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique surface morphology. With nearly the same refractive index as the barefoot resins, MINBLOC® MC grades are ideal for PET, LLDE, LDPE, and other clear or opaque resin and film applications.

Magris Talc Imperial 400 USP is a platy, high-purity talc specially treated to control microbial organisms. Imperial 400 USP can be  used in food and pharmaceutical applications, as a filler for chewing gum base and personal care applications such  as creams and lotions, soaps, facial treatment products and pressed powders. Imperial 400 USP conforms to current USP Monograph requirements for talc as well as to FCC and PCPC (CTFA) specifications. Imperial 400 USP is manufactured according to the IPEC excipient GMP guidelines.

AFCONA 5071 helps reduce interfacial tension between hydrophilic pigments/extenders and the binders. It stabilizes the pigments through electrical charge repulsion forces. This product is mainly used for inorganic pigments and extenders in waterbased coatings.

Pangel S1500 is a mineral rheological additive specially recommended for salt and electrolyte aqueous rich systems. It imparts excellent thixotropic and pseudoplastic properties to the systems in which it is incorporated, improving stability and spreading properties. PANGEL S1500 controls system flow and consistency, ensuring optimal distribution of pigments, fillers, and other components.

DeCAL 1107 is a high-efficiency modified acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This high molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions. This product improves flow and leveling performance while retaining high thickening efficiency. The use of DeCAL 1107 also provides improved sag resistance and anti-settling and results in much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

AFCONA 7206 can efficiently destroy foams on surfaces or in solutions, while also improving the compactness of product surface film and enhancing its weather and chemical resistance, as well as its esthetics. It is widely used in unsaturated polyester, polyacrylate, polyurethane, and epoxy systems.

DCL AG425 Prussian Blue, 10 - 60 m

DCL 2443 Vat Orange, PO.43 is a bright, high-chroma orange pigment with excellent overall properties and high tint strength, suitable for nearly all types of coatings and plastics applications. It can be used to formulate pastel colors and for shading as well as creating copper metallic shades; however, full shade applications may have a tendency to darken upon exposure.

DCL Black 411A is a brown-black powder produced by high-temperature calcination. DCL 2665 Hansa Yellow, PY.65 is a bright reddish shade hansa yellow with very good weather fastness properties and is recommended for industrial coatings. It also exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, and heat stability. This makes it a reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of coating applications.

DCL 7254 DPP Red, PR.254 (BO type) is a medium red shade DPP pigment that offers excellent masstone weather fastness, heat stability, acid, alkali and solvent resistance. It is recommended for high-end coatings and high-end plastics applications, especially exterior uses where excellent fastness properties are required. Moreover, this pigment is FDA-approved.

DCL Violet 11T is a red-violet powder produced by a high temperature precipitation process, giving a non-migrating and non-bleeding pigment. It has fair heat stability but poor exterior durability. Typical applications (non inclusive) are toning clear and white resins to mask yellowing and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.

DCL 131-XF Nat Micronized Red Iron Oxide, PR.102 is a yellow-shaded micronized natural red iron oxide used in the coating of metal substrates in primers and other applications where low cost and excellent chemical resistance are needed. Some areas of application include the construction industry for the coloration of ceramics, cement, concrete, bricks, mortar, asphalt, and glass.

DCL 3GMX-SI Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a bright, green-shaded yellow pigment with stir-in dispersing properties. DCC Yellow 3GMX-SI has the highest color strength, gloss, and opacity versus traditional grades. DCC Yellow 3GMX-SI is especially suitable for automotive, industrial, and decorative paint applications.
