- AFCONA-2502 is a defoamer for water-based applications. It is suitable for applications like coatings and inks as well as for pigment concentrate preparations.
- AFCONA-2502 has a very high resistance to shear forces and elevated temperature. Therefore, it is suitable for pigment concentrates and other high-solid systems. It is also useful during the synthesis of emulsion polymerization.

AFCONA-2502 is recommended for:
- High and low PVC emulsion paints based on pure or modified acrylics
- Water-based pigment concentrates
- Printing inks
- PU dispersions
- Incorporation
- AFCONA-2502 should be added in the mill base. If added in the let down, make sure to incorporate under high shear force. Shake well before sse
- Addition and Dosage
- 0.1 - 0.5% on total formulation. Under normal conditions, 0.2 - 0.3% based on total formulation is sufficient. For pigment concentrates, 0.3 - 0.5% is recommended.

- AFCONA-2502 should be stored in a cool, dry place. When kept in its original, unopened container, it will keep up to 3 years from the date of manufacture. The expiration date is indicated on the container.
