- In most Plastic polymers including polyethylene, polypropylene, various bulk molding and sheet molding compounds as an internal/external lubricant and processing aid.
- As a stabilizer for liquid colorant applications (gel coat, liquid plastic colorants)
- In anti-tack applications for rubber mixing/processing by either dusting on the rubber or floating on a water bath
- As a waterproofing agent in textiles, concrete, brick and explosives
