  • AFCONA-7909 is recommended for unsaturated polyester, epoxies, and polyurethane resin systems. AFCONA-7909 has very good viscosity depressing properties in highly filled systems. It is very suitable for systems with high filler loads like ATH, or artificial marble systems.
  • Due to it high acidic functionality, AFCONA - 7909 also can be used in BMC systems as a viscosity stabilizer.
  • AFCONA-7909 also has very good wetting power to fiberglass.

Incorporation

AFCONA-7909 should be incorporated in the mill base before adding pigments or fillers. If used as a post-add, please apply high shear force to disperse the system.

AFCONA-7909 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
