ChemSystems Helix Epoxy Primer is a two component, water-based epoxy primer designed as an adhesion promoter between Helix polymer coatings, cement based overlays, and hard surface substrates. Helix Epoxy Primer acts as a thin build primer, at the same time penetrating the surface of the substrate to provide excellent adhesion.

ChemSystems CSI Solvent Seal 23 - 100 VOC Matte is a high quality, solvent-based acrylic sealer that meets VOC regulations of 100 g/l. It is designed to seal concrete, masonry, and stone surfaces, providing a gloss finish that will protect from water, dust, stains, and dirt. It contains fast drying solvents that require the sealer to be spray applied when temperatures exceed 75 °F.

ChemSystems Helix Epoxy Bonder is a two-component water-based epoxy primer and moisture barrier. It is an excellent adhesion promoter between Helix cement-based overlay toppings and hard surface substrates. Helix Epoxy Bonder forms an impermeable membrane that acts as a moisture barrier and provides crack suppression properties. It is a slow cure product (24 hours) and is designed to be surface seeded with 90 mesh sand for optimum adhesion properties with any cement-based overlay.

ChemSystems Solvent Seal 25 (Matte) is a tough pure acrylic concrete sealer in a solvent base. It is designed to protect and beautify all types of concrete. Solvent Seal 25 Matte is non-yellowing to preserve the appearance of all types of decorative concrete. Solvent Seal 25 Matte is a High solids (25%) formulation for easy spray ability and ease of use. Apply Solvent Seal 25 Matte sealer as a second coat.

ChemSystems Super Seal SB is a solvent-based penetrating sealer made of a proprietary combination of reactive compounds designed to protect concrete surfaces from staining, freeze–thaw and salt damage. CSI Super Seal SB waterproofs the concrete without darkening or enhancing the color of the substrate. Siloxane guards the surface concrete while Silane penetrates deeply to protect steel wire and rebar.

ChemSystems HBS High Gloss Sealer is a water based pure acrylic sealer suitable for decorative concrete, gray concrete, stone, brick, stucco, porous tile, and concrete counter tops. It has excellent blush resistance, as well as resistance to yellowing from UV exposure. This sealer provides a gloss finish to all concrete surfaces.

ChemSystems Cemseal WB is a high quality pure acrylic water-based sealer designed to protect both interior and exterior concrete and masonry surfaces. CemSeal WB forms a tough water clear semi-gloss protective acrylic film that resists water, dirt and common day-to-day contamination at the same time eliminating concrete dusting. This product is a good choice for sealing all types of gray or colored concrete and masonry surfaces. It can be tinted using Helix water-based Tint Packs to achieve a translucent tinted sealer.

ChemSystems Silane 40 SB VX is a solvent-based, breathable, deep-penetrating, water repellent for concrete, masonry, and block. It protects by eliminating water intrusion which keeps harmful chemicals like deicing salts from entering the slab. Keeping water from entering the material also reduces issues related to freeze/thaw cycles and keeps rebar rust free.

ChemSystems Floor Finish Plus (Satin) is a water-based product, is a high-solids, matte finish to be used over interior applications of CSI solvent-based and CSI water-based sealers.

ChemSystems Penetrating Color Enhancer SB is a new generation of penetrating and waterproofing solvent-based sealer that will permanently seal and enhance the surface of decorative concrete and concrete pavers without adding the gloss and “plastic look” associated with traditional film-forming sealers. Designed for use on colored concrete, stamped and textured concrete, and concrete pavers, Penetrating Color Enhancer SB penetrates deep into the surface forming a long-lasting level of protection, even cutting through existing thin solvent-based acrylic film-forming sealers. Once treated, the surface repels water, oil, and other common sources of contamination to prevent staining while enhancing the color of the surface. Penetrating Color Enhancer SB is an excellent alternative to traditional film-forming acrylic sealers. Available in 600 g/l, 400 g/l and 100 g/l VOC versions.

ChemSystems Helix Waterproof Membrane is a unique polymer emulsion waterproofing compound designed for use where waterproofing and crack isolation is required. It is recommended for use between bonded or un-bonded topping slabs where slab cracking and movement is a problem. It may be used beneath ceramic tile, marble, quarry tile, below grade, between slab and under composition floors and decks. Waterproof Membrane is based on styrene butadiene latex that dries to form a tough, water and vapor resistant film. Waterproof Membrane is non-toxic, water-based, environmentally friendly and does not contain any solvent. Testing have established that Waterproof Membrane will remain pliable at temperatures as low as -15 °F and still maintain its crack bridging properties. This makes it an excellent choice for exterior applications in cold climates.
