Raw material quality and product formulations are critical in high end chemical resistant floor coatings and linings, and we do not compromise on either. We also remain quite conservative in the recommendations given to our customers, ensuring no unwanted surprises before or after installation. Product selection of one of our industrial floor coatings has been made simple through the use of only three resin formulations 3000, 4000, and 5000 which resist virtually all industrial chemicals found in industry today.

PERMACOAT 3000 XCT is a 100% solids epoxy floor coating designed for cold applications between 32 - 45 °F. The PERMACOAT 3000 XCT system is applied as a two or three coat (30 - 90 mils) flooring material incorporating a broadcast of various blends of graded silica between coats. The system consists of two components, resin and hardener, in both horizontal and vertical formulations. Application of PERMACOAT 3000 XCT is accomplished with rubber squeegees and short nap paint rollers.

Permacoat 3000 XCT

PERMACOAT 5000 is a 100% solids epoxy novolac floor coating. PERMACOAT 5000 can be used as a glaze coat for the PERMATEC floors, or as a two-coat flooring or containment system (30 - 80 mils). When applied as a two-coat floor or containment system, a silica broadcast is used between coats. PERMACOAT 5000 consists of two components, resin and hardener, in both the horizontal and vertical formulations. Its application is accomplished with rubber squeegees and short nap paint rollers.

Permacoat 5000

PERMACOAT 6500 is a 100% solids epoxy novolac containment and/or floor coating system. The PERMACOAT 6500 is specifically designed as a containment product for industrial solvents and acids. PERMACOAT 6500 consists of two components, resin and hardener, in both the horizontal and vertical formulations. The application of the PERMACOAT 6500 is accomplished with rubber squeegees and short nap paint rollers.

Permacoat 6500

PERMATEC 3000 XCT is a 100% solids epoxy floor topping designed for cold temperature applications commonly found in food and beverage processing facilities. The PERMA TEC 3000 XCT system consists of a two component resin binder and graded aggregate. It is applied with a trowel or screed rake at 1/8 -1/4 inches (125 - 250 mils) in a one coat application including a silica broadcast. There is no need for a primer or sealer coat. An optional glaze coat may be used to improve the appearance and cleanability. The vertical formulation of PERMA TEC 3000 XCT is trowel applied at 1/8 inches (125 mils).

Permatec 3000 XCT

An optional glaze coat may be used to improve the appearance and cleanability. The vertical formulation of PERMATEC 4000 is trowel applied at 1/8 inches (125 mils).

Permatec 3000 CT

PERMACOAT 3000 CT is a 100% solids epoxy floor coating designed for cool weather applications between 45 - 65 °F. The PERMACOAT 3000 CT system is applied as a two or three coat (30 - 90 mils) flooring material incorporating a broadcast of various blends of graded silica between coats. The system consists of two components, resin and hardener, in both horizontal and vertical formulations. Application of PERMACOAT 3000 CT is accomplished with rubber squeegees and short nap paint rollers.

Permacoat 3000 CT

PERMACOAT 4000 HT is a 100% solids epoxy floor coating designed for high temperature applications commonly found in many manufacturing processes. PERMACOAT 4000 HT is designed to withstand constant temperatures to 212°F (100°C) and intermittent exposures to 250°F (122°C). PERMACOAT 4000 consists of two components, resin and hardener, in both the horizontal and vertical formulations. Its application is accomplished with rubber squeegees and short nap paint rollers.
