Chemital ARTICOAT englobes different edible coatings with active ingredients such as: bacteriostatic, fungistatic, antioxidants, acidity regulators, nisin and other gluing agents for products that are handled: sliced foods, toppings, etc. When using ARTICOAT the organoleptic properties of the product are maintained, while preventing loss of vacuum in the packaging, syneresis and other phenomena leading to a reduced shelf life.
