AQUA-CLEEN

TAZ-B300 is a highly concentrated mixture of anionic and nonionic surfactants that will remove heavy oil, grease and residue from any washable surface. It is inherently biodegradable, non-hazardous and VOC compliant. TAZ B300 is formulated for quick, thorough lifting and suspension of contaminants for easy rinsing. TAZ-B300 has undergone years of product development, field trials and testing to meet the stringent demands of both the oil &amp; gas and paint &amp; coatings industries. TAZ-B300 was also formulated to meet government regulations for safe, non-toxic chemicals.

DithiaZolv™ is a concentrated mixture of proprietary and powerful surfactants specifically formulated to
breakdown and dissolve dithiazine solids formed when triazine based H2S scavengers are used in oil and gas
operations. Dissolving these solids into a water based slurry allows for easy final rinsing and cleaning.
DithiaZolvTM helps optimize flow performance in pipelines, valves, filters, tanks and related process equipment.

MMR Restoration Cleaner is a safe and highly efficient alternative to aggressive and/or harsh cleaners traditionally used for cleaning masonry, tile and stone surfaces. MMR Restoration Cleaner is an alkaline, ambient temperature cleaner designed to remove mold, mildew, algae, moss, dirt, grease, black streaks, and many other biological deposits from new and existing surfaces.

CP-500W is a one component, VOC compliant, penetrating water repellent which contains a proprietary modified siloxane. This water-based siloxane penetrates most masonry and concrete pores and capillaries up to ¼ inch or more depending on surface porosity and moisture content at the time of application. CP-500W reacts with the silica in concrete and masonry in the presence of ultraviolet light and atmospheric moisture. This reaction forms strong permanent bonds beneath the surface and creates a hydrophobic zone that prevents water molecules from penetrating, while allowing free migration of water vapors. The chemical bonds formed in this process allow CP-500W to become integral part of the substrate and provide long-term water repellent protection.

PERCO® CATALYST is a fixed-bed Mercaptan (RSH) conversion process for liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon streams. The PERCO® CATALYST converts light Mercaptans to odorless, non-corrosive disulfides. The process is commercially proven to meet product and pipeline specifications e.g. copper strip test, negative doctor test, or low Mercaptan sulfur (ppm). PERCO® CATALYST offers low pressure-drop, long bed life, simplistic in its design and operates over a broad range of flow rates and temperatures. PERCO® CATALYST is a reliable long-term solution for the reduction of mercaptans.

SW-244-40 VOC is a DOT grade clear, penetrating 40% alkylalkoxysilane water repellent designed for the protection of exterior above-grade concrete, brick masonry. It penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. SW-244-40 VOC is not a coating and as a result will not discolor or change the surface appearance in any way.

SULFURTRAP

CP-500 PREMIUM protects masonry and other building materials against damage due to penetration by water and waterborne chemicals. CP-500 PREMIUM is not a surface coating. It penetrates up to ¼ inch or ore into treated surfaces and bonds with the substrate to provide long lasting, protection, even at hairline cracks.

TZ-PAINT PREP™ has undergone years of field trials and testing to meet government regulations for safe, non-toxic chemicals and is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

CP-1007™ is a non-flammable, non-toxic, non-acid, penetrating silicate sealer that strengthens and internally waterproofs cementious materials. CP-1007 is water-based and environmentally friendly. Unlike membrane forming sealers which can be worn away in high traffic areas’, leaving unprotected concrete unsightly and susceptible to chemical attack, CP-1007 penetrates into the surface and cannot be scratched or peeled off. When applied to concrete or masonry, CP-1007 reacts with calcium hydroxide and reduces porosity and permeability of the concrete matrix. This serves to increase the hardness and chemical resistance which, in turn, increases the service life of the surface. In conditions where salt air and humidity attack the concrete, causing oxidation of the reinforcing steel, CP-1007 has proved to halt such corrosion activity. When the CP-1007 is applied to concrete exposed to such conditions, exfoliation or expulsion of the chlorides takes place. The CP-1007 reacts with free alkali in the concrete forming a silica hydrogel that fills the capillaries within the matrix. This hydrogel waterproofs and seals the surface after all materials harmful to the concrete are removed. This process could take up to thirty days or longer, depending on the chloride and acidic residual concentration within the capillaries.

SULFURTRAP® EX is a non-hazardous, solid adsorbent used for the removal of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and light mercaptans from gas and liquid hydrocarbon streams in batch processing applications. SULFURTRAP® EX is an economical and predictable fixed bed process that eliminates foaming and carryover associated with liquid scavenger systems. Extended bed life, minimal replacement time and reliable operation sets SULFURTRAP® EX apart from other H2S removal technologies.

An odorless, water based solution of potassium methyl siliconate developed to effectively treat a wide range of natural stone and masonry surfaces. CP-1000 provides long-lasting protection without altering the natural appearance of the substrate.

MICRO-CLEEN™ 12-7 is a sulfide based ethoxylated, low cloud point, non-ionic surfactant. It forms micro emulsions and it is suitable for use in oil and water based formulations where low temperatures are needed.

Excellent sulfur loading capacity, minimal replacement time (free flowing) and reliable operation sets SULFURTRAP® LH apart from other scavenger, adsorbent and catalyst technologies.

SULFURTRAP® ST1 is used in simple equipment for convenient operation over a wide range of process conditions. SULFURTRAP® ST1 ambient temperature desulfurizer is a high-efficiency, normal temperature desulfurizer which has a large sulfur capacity, high purification efficiency, high strength, and no degradation with water.
