ST-NA22D is a special nucleating agent for various polyamides. Our ST-NA22D additive disperses uniformly in the polyamide resin to induce crystalline arrangement of the polymer molecular chains and promote resin crystallization speed for improved processing. ST-NA22D has particular advantages in injection molding applications including improving demolding, dimensional stability and mechanical properties while reducing cracking and shrinkage in products.

ST-PA210 is essential flow improver for biobased and biodegradable plastics. Recently also approved for use with polycarbonate copolymers! Utilizing low dosings, the ST-PA210 additive is uniquely suited for increasing melt flow index, compatibility & elongation, and improving dispersion in the emerging world of bioplastics. ST-PA9 is an innovative lubricant for polyamide applications. ST-PA9 additive is excellent at increasing melt flow index, improving dispersion, compatibility & elongation and increasing load content. Customers have observed a 170% increase in MFI.

ST-PETS is a formulated lubricant, with long chain fatty acids such as stearic acid, also called pentaerythritol tetrastearate or simply PETS, which are a class of polymer additives with a strong release effect It can be used as processing additive surface modifier and a mold release agent in PC and other thermoplastics. It can improve the flowability, surface glossiness and reduce the friction factor.

ST-HT10™ is a powerful anti hydrolysis polymer additive for urethane (PU coating/adhesive) and thermoplastic polyester polyurethanes (TPU), polyamides (PA), polyester polymers (PET, PBT, TPEE) and PLA. ST-HT10™ is ideal for twin-screw extrusion and this anti-hydrolysis additive can provide 40% increased protection from degradation over a 60 day period in polyamides. ST-HT10™ is suitable for extremely low dosing, ST-HT10™ is recommended at minimum 0.3% load.

ST-LST5350 is available in pellet form, for general purpose use in automotive applications. The additive induces extremely low levels of unwanted VOCs. It is produced by a reactive process which differs from traditional reactive extrusion.

ST-LST0850 is a light stabilizer masterbatch with high loading of active substance based on hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) chemistry. ST-LST0850 is available in pellet form, for general purpose use in automotive applications. The additive induces extremely low levels of unwanted VOCs. It is produced by a reactive process which differs from traditional reactive extrusion. The 0850 additive has increased compatibilization properties over our similar ST-LST5350 light stabilizing additive.

LDV-1035T is a Powerful odor and VOC reducer. Utilizing an unique mechanism, our LDV-1035T additive permanently removes VOCs and reduces odor for PP, TPO and other compounds. This highly efficient masterbatch fits easily in extrusion applications and is perfect for recycled and for talc filled polyolefins.

ST-G-PP30LO is a high performance compatabilizer for PP compounds with glass fiber, inorganic fillers, polar co-polymers and PP-to-metal adhesion. It is a maleic anhydride functionalized polypropylene produced by a reactive process which differs from traditional reactive extrusion. It has been designed to add polarity to polypropylene matrices while minimizing VOC emissions. It's high content of maleic anhydride allows it to be used at low treatment levels while maintaining optimum application properties.
