Blome International Sealant 72R is a two-component, pour grade polyurethane sealant with good chemical resistance and excellent elongation properties. It exhibits excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis and salts. It has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including concrete, tile, steel and brick. Blome Sealant 72R is highly resilient and retains its elastomeric properties over a temperature range of -80°F to 140°F. It also has very good curing characteristics for fast turnaround.

Blome International Sealant 50 is a two-component, cold-applied urethane asphalt elastomeric sealant with very good chemical resistance and good elongation properties. Sealant 50 is highly resilient and retains its elastomeric properties over a temperature range of -80°F to 140°F. It also has very good curing characteristics for fast turnaround.

Blome International Sealant 43 is a two-component, high elongation polyurea sealant with excellent chemical resistance, high bond strength and exceptional elongation properties. Blome Sealant 43 is designed for up to 20% linear movement of installed joint width. It exhibits excellent resistance to most mineral acids, dilute organic acids, alkaline solutions, oxidizers and salts. It has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including concrete, tile, steel and brick. Blome Sealant 43 is highly resilient and retains its elastomeric properties over a temperature range of -10°F to 140°F. The material exhibits rapid curing characteristics for fast turnaround.

Blome International CP-105AR is a two-component vinyl ester mortar that utilizes unique fillers for enhanced performance in abrasive slurries and alkaline environments. Blome CP-105 AR offers high bond strength to brick and tile combined with excellent resistance to oxidizing acids and alkalis. The materials’ inherent bond strength also provides an exceptionally high bond of resin to aggregate resulting in outstanding resistance to wear and erosion in applications exposed to both harsh chemicals and constant flow of pulp, ore slurries, limestone slurries, or other abrasive media.

Blome International Primer 205 is a two-component, Vinyl Ester resin based primer for steel, concrete and other substrates as specified. It is used to prime concrete, steel and other substrates prior to application of Blome International vinyl ester coatings, linings and polymer concretes. Its high elongation properties mitigate stresses between the vinyl ester topcoats and the substrate. Quick curing allows fast installation of the appropriate topcoat material. Primer 205 exhibits outstanding adhesion to steel and concrete.

Blome International Sealant 63 is a two-component, high elongation polyurea sealant with excellent chemical resistance, high bond strength and exceptional elongation properties, capable of up to 20% joint movement. Blome International Primer 71 is a two-component urethane-based primer system developed to enhance secondary bonding performance. Blome Primer 71 significantly improves inter-laminar bond strength. This product utilizes a moisture activated curing system and contains no methylene chloride. It has a versatile bonding characteristics and excellent tack retention.

Blome International Primer 75 with Conductive Powder is a two-component, moisture-tolerant epoxy primer for steel, concrete and other substrates as specified. It is used to prime concrete, steel and other substrates prior to application of other Blome International coatings, linings, membranes, sealants and polymer concretes. It achieves a tenacious bond to the substrate and tolerates substrate dampness but not wet surfaces.

Blome International CP-11MHAR is a single component, halogen-free Modified Silicate mortar used for the installation of chemical and abrasion resistant brick and tile linings. Blome CP-11M/HAR utilizes a unique halogen-free hardening system that exhibits good resistance to water and vapor conditions, as well as excellent resistance to all concentrations of all acids (except HF) including 98% sulfuric, oleum, 70% nitric, and acid/solvent solutions. Blome CP-11M/HAR is resistant to sulfation/hydration mortar joint deterioration that occurs in wet/dry acid vapor environments and withstands temperatures to 1,700°F.
