About Us

In 2013 the biosanica Manufaktur GmbH resettled from its home country Bavaria to Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. In September of the same year we started the production at the new location in Süderholz at the motorway A 20. Our business establishment in the business park Pommerndreieck in the picturesque outback of the Baltic coast offers best technical and logistical conditions für a modern and significantly inlarged production.

biosanica Bio Apple Flour is obtained from our gently dried apples. It is available in two different degrees of grinding (less than 3mm and less than 1mm).
