KEBATER is the trade name of our range of thermoplastic polyesters. KEBATER products are characterized by good rigidity and strength, excellent electrical properties, advantageous fire properties and a good price-performance ratio. The product range includes PBT and PBT blends in various versions: unreinforced and glass fiber reinforced, impact modified, flame-retardant, warpage-optimized and other compounds tailored to special requirements.

KEBABLEND is a wide range of functional compounds that are often used tailored to customer requirements. Under the trade name KEBABLEND, we market magnetizable, thermally or electrically conductive compounds, injection molding materials with high density, compounds for radiation protection applications, detectable plastics and much more.

Kebablend

We market a wide range of POM copolymers under the trade name KEBAFORM. KEBAFORM products are characterized by high strength and surface hardness, excellent chemical resistance and excellent sliding and wear behavior. The product range includes basic types with different viscosities, sliding and wear-optimized types, variants reinforced with glass and carbon fibers, as well as various other modified compounds.

We offer a range of high-performance compounds based on PPS under the trade name KEBATRON. KEBATRON offers a high continuous operating temperature, good aging behavior, high strength and rigidity, is inherently flame retardant and has an exceptionally good chemical resistance.

The trade name KEBALLOY stands for polymer blends with a special focus on decorative surfaces. The range includes electroplated chrome-plated types as well as paintable materials. KEBALLOY 3D is a system made of materials and painting processes to achieve a 3D effect painting.

Keballoy

KEBAPEAK is the trade name for a group of high-performance compounds based on polyaryl ether ketones (PEEK, PEK and PEKK). KEBAPEAK products show exceptionally high thermal resilience, extremely good chemical resistance and excellent sliding and wear behavior. They are inherently flame retardant and are particularly suitable for aerospace applications because of their very low smoke toxicity.

Kebapeak

KEBAFLEX / P stands for a range of thermoplastic polyester elastomers. This group of materials is characterized by very good flexibility and resilience, constant properties over a wide temperature range, good sliding and wear behavior, as well as durability under dynamic loads.
The trade name KEBAFLEX / U stands for a range of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers. KEBAFLEX / U is characterized by excellent sliding and wear behavior, usability at elevated temperatures, good UV resistance and high mechanical strength.
We sell a range of thermoplastic elastomer compounds based on EPDM / PP under the trade name KEBAFLEX / E. KEBAFLEX / E is available in various Shore hardnesses from A35 to D50 and is often used as a replacement for rubber because of the inexpensive processing in the injection molding process. It is soft and flexible, can be colored freely, shows a good elastic behavior up to 120° C and offers a pleasant feel.
We sell a range of thermoplastic elastomer compounds based on SEBS / PP under the trade name KEBAFLEX / S. KEBAFLEX / S is available in various Shore hardnesses from under A10 to over D50 and is often used as a replacement for rubber because of the inexpensive processing in the injection molding process. It is soft and flexible, can be colored freely, shows good elastic behavior up to 100° C and offers a pleasant feel. A wide range of modified compounds is available, e.g. Adhesion-modified types for 2-component injection molding, printable types, variants with optimized compression set, etc.

Kebaflex

The trade name KEBAFLOW stands for a range of liquid crystalline polymers (LCP). Thanks to its outstanding flowability, KEBAFLOW enables the realization of extremely thin wall thicknesses. KEBAFLOW LCP is inherently flame-retardant and has a very high heat resistance and good aging behavior.

BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaform® / C 25 H is a new type of POM that was developed specially for sliding and wear applications. Compared to a standard POM copolymer, the material is characterized by a higher crystalline structure and thus better wear properties and a higher melting temperature. Kebaform® / C 25 H improves the sliding and wear behavior solely by modifying the polymer chain and there is no reduction in mechanical properties due to the addition of tribologically active additives. Due to its property profile, Kebaform® / C 25 H is particularly well suited for applications that require good sliding and wear behavior, but do not allow compromises in mechanical properties, e.g. For gears, rollers, plain bearings, guide bushes, etc.

BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaflow® LCP MX130 is an LCP reinforced with 30% short glass fiber / mineral mixture with very high heat resistance. The material is characterized by the following properties: good flowability with thin walls, very good toughness and strength, inherently flame retardant, high heat resistance (HDT ~ 270 °C), good chemical resistance.

BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebablend® / MW 39.1500 PPA is a product based on PPA for the production of soft magnetic components. The achievable permeability is approx. 60 (at 1 MHz) and the saturation flux density is approx. 430 mT.
