  • Simply whisk with cold water to produce a smooth, consistent mix which is easy to pipe.
Usage Information
  • 1,000 Kg Crossing Mix
  •  950 Kg Water (approximately)
  • Whisk together 1 minute first speed. Scrape down.
  • Mix for further 2 minutes on top speed.

Note: Water level maybe adjusted to obtain desired piping consistency.
