AntarcticOmega is the most modern technology of low-temperature vacuum deodorizing and refining of fishoil intended for Premium petfood ingredients has achieved HACCP status. The start-up process has followed multiple plant audits to comply with international veterinary standards for safe animal ingredient inclusion. The new processing plant was commissioned by Industrial Maule Ltda. to DeSmet Ballestro, a leading refinery builder from Belgium.
The plant is located in Coronel, Chile at the heart of the salmon, anchovy, and sardine fishery complex within the world’s richest marine environment of the southwest Pacific Ocean. Pristine waters provide our products with the highest content of natural Omega-3, an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid with proven health benefits for pet nutrition.
