Wheat starch is hygroscopic and may absorb moisture and odors. Adequate storage conditions are essential. Cool temperatures (10 – 20°C) and low humidity (<60%) are recommended. PAYGEL® 290 has a shelf life of one year if properly stored in a cool dry place.
