Accoquat

Accoquat® CS-4000 is a unique blend of cationic emulsifiers in a blended solvent system especially designed for micro-emulsification of formulations of mineral seal oils (MSO) or other organic hydrophobes. It micro-emulsifies MSO effectively with ethylene glycol mono butyl ether as its coupling agent. Accoquat® CS-4000 can produce micro-emulsions with MSO from 10-30% MSO concentration, (depending on the properties of the MSO), however is most cost effective from 15-30% MSO concentrations. Accoquat® CS-4000 generally does not require additional emulsifiers or other nonionic surfactants to produce an easily dispersible and fine micro-emulsion for rapid beading and spreading. With substantially less emulsifier it is very cost effective for ultra-type drying aids. Upon dilution in water, its unique blend of chemistries provides a consistently-functioning, high-performance, very fine micro-emulsion with MSOs. It is manufactured in USA.

Accoquat® CS-5000 is a blend of cationic emulsifiers designed to produce micro-emulsions when combined with mineral seal oil (MSO). These micro-emulsions are most often used as the basis for car rinse-aids and other post-wash treatments in commercial and home applications. It is manufactured in USA.

Accoquat® CS-3000 functions as a solvent with multiple uses. It is easy to handle and may be used for water repellency, emulsification of oils, and hydrophobic materials, as an anti-static agent, fabric and textile softener, paper de-bonder, automatic car wash rinse aid and vehicle drying aid. Accoquat® 522HF-90, a ditallowamidoethyl (hydroxyethyl) ammonium methosulfate, has a high flash point above 100°C in diethylene glycol (DEG). Accoquat 522HF-90 is dispersible in hot water (>50°C). It provides excellent softening while imparting anti-static properties to fabrics. Accoquat 522HF-90 is non-yellowing to fabric at high drying temperatures even after repeated washings. It is an economical product with low odor, excellent for I&I and consumer softeners. It is manufactured in USA.

Accoquat® 875-90 is a rinse cycle fabric softener concentrate available at 90% solids in IPA. It is an off-white paste at room temperature and is pumpable between 25-30°C. It is manufactured in USA.

Accoquat® 622HF-90 is a diamidoethyl (hydroxyethyl) ammonium methosulfate quaternary in a propylene glycol solvent. It has low volatile organic carbons and is produced from natural/vegetable-based soybean oil sources, thus making it ideal for use in consumer and I&I green-renewable formulations. It is used in finishing and drying process of textiles because it reduces the effects of exposure of ozone from the atmosphere. Accoquat 622HF-90 is dispersible in warm water (>35°C), and with its easy-to-handle high solids, low odor and no solvent smell it provides excellent softening while imparting anti-static properties to fabrics. It gives a low degree of yellowing to fabric even at higher drying temperatures. Accoquat 622HF-90 is notably good in its re-wet properties for fabrics compared to most other fabric softener concentrates, dramatically reducing the tendencies for “waterproofing” fabrics at higher softener dosage levels, a common problem with many other softeners currently in the market. Accoquat® 875-80 is a rinse cycle fabric softener concentrate available at 80% solids in IPA. It is an off-white translucent, viscous liquid at room temperature and is pumpable above approximately 20°C. It is manufactured in USA.

Accoquat® 622-90 is a diamidoethyl (hydroxyethyl) ammonium methosulfate quaternary in an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) solvent. Accoquat® CS Ultra NF can be used with both low and high boiling range mineral seal oils. It micro-emulsifies MSO effectively with ethylene glycol mono butyl ether (Butyl Cellusolve EB) as its coupling agent. Accoquat® CS ULTRA NF can produce micro-emulsions with MSO where the MSO concentration varies from 10-30%. Accoquat® CS ULTRA NF generally does not require additional emulsifiers or other nonionic surfactants to produce an easily dispersible, fine microemulsion.
