3B Fibreglass DS 7720-14P

3B Fiberglass DS 7720-14P is designed to reinforce polyacetals POM resins with glass fiber. Its sizing has been developed specifically for POM and presents good properties in term of chemical and hydrolysis resistance. DS7720-14P has been developed in order to help reinforced plastics to meet the requirements of the most common food contact norms: EC 10/2011 and FDA Its very light color allows this product to be used in any natural grade compounds without impacting the color of the final part.An innovative manufacturing technology provides DS7720-14P chopped strand with an excellent bulk density. As a result, this product exhibits very good feeding properties compared to other competitive glass fiber materials.

Packaging: Standard packaging for DS7720-14P chopped strand is 1000 kg polypropylene bag with bottom discharge (1 bag/pallet).

Storage & Handling

Storage: It is recommended to store chopped strand products indoor at room temperature and at a relative humidity of 50% ± 15%. The product should remain in its original packaging, preferably closed. In order to prevent static electricity and humidity problems, the chopped strand material must be conditioned in the working place just prior to use.In case a packaging unit is only partly used, it should be immediately re-sealed.The pallet can be single stacked only .
