Joncryl® HPB 1635 is a ready-to-use product specifically designed as a primer and top coat. It falls under the category of ready-to-use products and belongs to product families such as primers, sealers, and top coats.

WACKER® Primer G 790 is a solution containing reactive siloxanes and silanes dissolved in an organic solvent. This primer can be directly applied to the substrate or can be diluted if needed. As the solvent evaporates and when exposed to atmospheric humidity at room temperature, the primer forms a rigid film that firmly adheres to the substrate. By applying a silicone rubber onto the primed substrate and subsequently vulcanizing it, a strong bond is achieved between the silicone rubber and the substrate.

GENIOSIL® GF 80 is an epoxy functional alkoxysilane. When used as a coupling agent in mineral-filled plastics, it enhances filler dispersibility, reduces sedimentation tendency, and significantly lowers the resin's viscosity. Moreover, it allows for higher filler loading and provides notable improvements in water (vapor) resistance, as well as resistance to acids and bases. In the realm of adhesives and sealants, incorporating GENIOSIL® GF 80 enhances adhesion to the substrate and improves mechanical properties like flexural strength, tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity.

ELASTOSIL® AUX G 800 is a solution of reactive siloxanes and silanes in an organic solvent. The primer composition can be applied to the substrate as-is or diluted. During evaporation of the solvent and on exposure to atmospheric humidity at ambient temperature, a rigid primer film is formed that firmly adheres to the substrate. Application of silicone rubber onto the primed substrate and subsequent vulcanization will then result in a tight bond between the silicone rubber and the substrate.

SILRES® BS 3003 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 3003 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. It can also be used for the mass treatment of non-load-bearing concrete products and as a post-hydrophobation agent for fiber cement products like fiber cement boards.

ELASTOSIL® AUX G 3244 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as adhesion promoters for silicone rubbers. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R solid silicone elastomers (HCR/HTV, peroxide curing).

SILRES® BS 375 is a solvent-dilutable concentrate of alkylsilane and siloxane. When diluted with organic solvent, it serves as a water repellent for impregnating mineral building materials and as a primer for mineral substrates. Its water-repellent effect develops by reacting with atmospheric humidity and water absorbed on the walls of the pores and capillaries of the building material. SILRES® BS 375 penetrates the building material further and exhibits higher resistance to alkalis compared to pure methyl silicone resins.

POWERSIL® 402 A/B is an electrically conductive silicone rubber dispersion in xylene. It is ideal for use as a conductive coating and an adhesion-promoting primer. This product offers a low volume resistivity and is suitable for various coating techniques such as dipping, brushing, or spraying.

SILRES® BS 1802 is an admixture for the integral waterproofing of fresh concrete in its undiluted form. Additionally, it can be utilized as a water-resisting admixture for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products. SILRES® BS 1802 effectively prolongs the service life of concrete structures by inhibiting the alkali-silica reaction (ASR).

WACKER® Primer G 790 Toluene Free is a solution of reactive siloxanes and silanes in an organic solvent. It is specifically formulated to be free of toluene and other aromatic solvents. The primer can be applied directly to the substrate or diluted if desired. As the solvent evaporates and when exposed to ambient humidity, the primer forms a rigid film that firmly adheres to the substrate. By applying a silicone rubber onto the primed substrate and subsequently vulcanizing it, a strong bond is achieved between the silicone rubber and the substrate.

SILRES® WH 80A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of siloxane that can be used to increase the beading and water repellency of cellulosic substrates. The modification of water-reducible organic polymers such as alkyds or acrylic latexes with SILRES® WH 80A will increase water repellency and beading after exposure to UV radiation.

GENIOSIL® GF 56 is an alkoxyvinylsilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a distinctive aromatic odor. In the presence of moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis (releasing ethanol) to form silanols, which can further react with each other to generate siloxanes. Acting as a bifunctional molecule, GENIOSIL® GF 56 serves as a molecular bridge between organic and inorganic substrates.

SILRES® BS 4004 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 4004 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming of mineral surfaces. Treated mineral substrates exhibit an excellent beading effect. Additionally, SILRES® BS 4004 can be used for mass hydrophobation of non-load-bearing concrete products.

SILRES® BS 68 is a solvent-thinnable silane/siloxane mixture. It is used in diluted form for the hydrophobic impregnation of mineral construction materials and as a primer for mineral substrates. The concentrated product is also employed in the manufacturing of bitumen-bound minerals or as a binder for mineral systems. The product develops its hydrophobic effect through a reaction with atmospheric moisture or water adsorbed onto the pores and capillary walls of the construction material. SILRES® BS 68 is characterized by higher alkali resistance compared to pure methyl silicone resins, and the water vapor permeability of the construction material is only slightly affected.

SILRES® BS SMK 1311 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield microemulsions. The dilute aqueous solution of SILRES® BS SMK 1311 serves as a high-quality, general-purpose water repellent for impregnating and priming mineral and even alkaline substrates. SILRES® BS SMK 1311 also serves as a chemical damp-proofing agent in a diluted aqueous solution.

ELASTOSIL® AUX G 3243 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as adhesion promoters for silicone rubbers. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R solid silicone elastomers (HCR/HTV, peroxide curing).

SILRES® BS SMK 550 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield microemulsions. Such dilute aqueous solutions serve as chemical damp-proofing agents. The WTA has certified the suitability of SILRES® BS SMK 550 for this application.

WACKER® Primer G 719 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as an adhesion promoter for silicone rubbers. WACKER® Primer G 719 is a solution of siloxanes and reactive silanes in organic solvents. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R plus or LR silicone elastomers (addition curing).

POWERSIL® 79032 is an electrically conductive silicone rubber dispersion in xylene. It serves as both a conductive coating and an adhesion-promoting primer. This product is supplied as a ready-to-use, one-component system, making it convenient for application. It exhibits low volume resistivity and acts as an effective adhesion promoter. GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.

Lupasol® G 20 is a water-free polyethylene imine that functions as an adhesion promoter in adhesives, a crosslinker and hardener in epoxy and polyurethane adhesives, and aids in the complexation of heavy metal ions. It is used as a primer for improved adhesion to the substrate for coatings, facilitates the easier dispersion of pigments and provides higher color strength, and enables the immobilization of proteins on inorganic materials.

SILRES® BS 1803 A is a stable and VOC-compliant silicone emulsion with a 60% active content. It is specifically designed to reduce water uptake and create visual beading on concrete substrates while allowing the pores and capillaries to remain unblocked. This product is particularly effective when it comes to preventing water uptake and promoting beads, even at very low addition levels. One of the main applications of SILRES® BS 1803 A is as an admixture for non-load bearing cement-based formulated products, including precast products, blocks, and pavers. By incorporating this emulsion into the formulation, the resulting products gain enhanced waterproofing properties and resistance to water penetration. Furthermore, SILRES® BS 1803 A can also be used as a topical sealer for post-treatment of cement-based formulated products.

VINNAPAS® 224 HD is a multi-purpose construction dispersion for liquid and paste with cement-free binder technology, specifically suited for primers, ready-to-use tile adhesives, and one-component dispersion-based water-proofing membranes. It is based on a hard copolymer of styrene and acrylate and belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® HD, which means that it provides a remarkable hydrophobic effect in addition to excellent adhesion even under wet conditions.

Wacker Chemie Primer FMP HC is a solution of reactive silanes in a mixture of isoalkanes. After the solvent evaporates, exposure to atmospheric humidity at ambient or elevated temperature leads to the formation of a rigid film of silicone resin that firmly adheres to the substrate. The catalyzed silicone rubber applied on top forms a tight bond with this resin film during vulcanization.

WACKER® G 795 is a solution consisting of reactive siloxanes and silicone resins dissolved in a blend of isoalkanes. When the solvent evaporates, the remaining mixture forms a rigid film of silicone resin upon exposure to ambient or elevated temperatures and atmospheric humidity. This resin film firmly adheres to the substrate. Subsequently, when catalyzed silicone rubber is applied and vulcanized on top of the resin film, it forms a strong bond.

SILRES® BS 290 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. It can be diluted with organic solvents. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 290 in organic solvents are high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral and highly alkaline substrates.

GENIOSIL® WP 1 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity, which results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

SILRES® BS 2001 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. It is a ready-to-use solution that serves as a high-quality water repellent for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. After application, the emulsion undergoes hydrolysis, releasing alcohol and converting into a silicone resin.
