BRUGGOLEN® H321 is a blend of copper compounds, halides, and lubricants in the form of compacted granules. It neutralizes the harmful effects of high temperatures on polyamides. It is a classic copper, salt-based heat stabilizer that works to a temperature of 180°C by reacting with the degradation products that are formed during thermal processing or exposure to high temperatures, neutralizing their harmful effects and helping to preserve the integrity of the polymer.

Vitrolite® is a naturally occurring mineral and with concentrations of less than 0.5% has a profound effect on polymer melts. Vitrolite® is effective in reducing polymer melt viscosity without adversely affecting the finished polymer mechanical properties. Vitrolite is not known to chemically interact with polymers or additives, and has been widely used in the polymer industry. It is not essentially inert but it is stable (millions of years in age) and does not change its effect upon multiple uses (e.g., compounding followed by molding).

PUREsorb 326 is a hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole class UV absorber, which imparts outstanding light stability to polyolefins and polyesters.

Sipchem EVA 2518 CO is an 18% ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin, designed for a variety of foam molding application; manufactured by IPC an affiliate of Sipchem in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia using an Exxon-Mobil high-pressure tubular process. EVA 2518 CO exhibits low melting temperature, excellent processability and mechanical properties.

KETJENFLEX® 12 is a citrate based plasticizer used in Plastics, Inks, Adhesives and Coatings.

SAHARA C 1000HT is a nucleated impact copolymer with antistatic additivities used for injection molding applications. It exhibits an outstanding balance of mechanical properties combined with a high fluidity. Sahara C 1000 HT is used in housewares and in thin-walled containers for food packaging (e.g. margarine tubs, yoghurt pots, etc.) and compounding applications. This grade is not intended for medical and pharmaceutical applications.

STAR SAN 3800P is a high flow, low molecular weight SAN. This can be used as compounding additives for polymer blends. It can be blended with high rubber graft modifier resins to produce customized ABS properties. SAHARA C 700HT is a nucleated impact copolymer used for injection molding and compounding applications. It exhibits good impact to stiffness balance combined with high fluidity. Sahara C 700 HTX is typically used in opaque containers, housewares, toys and in thin wall containers for food packaging (e.g. Margarine tubs, Yoghurt pots) and compounding applications.

Vitrolite® is manufactured from naturally occurring amorphous silicates and aluminosilicates and is non-toxic, inert, non-flammable, and does not affect UL approvals. Vitrolite® is suitable for all products including electrical, food contact, and medical devices. It is currently used as a processing additive for molding auto parts, food containers, consumer electronics, toys, wire and cable, pipe and a host of other products.

BRUGGOLEN® TP-H1804 is a copper-based heat stabilizer package with synergists for use in aliphatic polyamides. This product is available in granular form. It is a very effective protection agent and antioxidant against premature fatigue of the mechanical properties and embrittlement of the finished parts under long-term stress, both in unreinforced and glass-fiber reinforced or mineral-filled aliphatic polyamides up to 190°C.

RM40Z molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) masterbatches enable injection molders to incorporate the benefits and lubricating properties of MoS2 into their molded nylon parts without purchasing costly pre-compounded MoS2 modified resins. MoS2 is an internal lubricant for nylon compounds. It reduces or eliminates mold drag during molding and acts as a mold release. Post molding component assembly is made easier because of the self-lubricating properties.RM40

Sidh Masterbatches White Master Batch SWP 11051 are the concentrates of titanium dioxide (TIO2) in a polymer carrier. They have perfect dispersion and optimized flow properties resulting to maximum hiding power and easy processing. TIO2 used is RUTILE COATED type, which ensures high opacity, coloring strength, dispersibility and excellent U.V. stability. Certain types contain as filler in form of a fine calcium carbonate that provides economy as well as technical benefits in many applications, especially in injection & blow moldings. White Master Batch SWP 1136 has 10% Titanium dioxide content. For thin films, masterbatches with high content of TIO2 and having the best possible dispersion are preferable. There are certain specially designed grades with additives like anti-stat (for PP thermoformed items), slip (most suitable for LDPE), PPA to reduce die build up, melt fracture & surface defects and U.V. stabilizers.

Saudi Carbonate SCC PCC 30C - YB is suitable to use in Polyacrylate Paints, Alkyd Resin Paints, Cable Compounding and Rubber Compounding. Over a broad range of PVCs SCC PCC 30C - YB gives high opacity and better optical properties for the paint apart from its superior anti setting characteristic. For cable compounding it offers higher dispersion characteristics, higher loading and output with less wear and tear.
