BIONOX® 1024 is a metal deactivator and sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant, low color contribution.

M.G. Polyblends Anti Oxidant Masterbatch antioxidants are used to stabilize the polymers. M.G. Polyblends has designed anti-oxidant masterbatch based on stearically hindered phenolic antioxidant along with some specialty additives which helps in proper dispersion of anti oxidant masterbatch in final application to get better and consistent results. Better is the dispersion of additive in the polymer matrix, better the efficiency of the additive. So, it is always recommended for anti oxidant additive to be used in masterbatch form. Also it is cost effective and customized as per requirement. This masterbatch is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP Polymers.

HECO®STAB 311 PE is a UV - Mixture with HALS – UV protection for film with antioxidants acc. to EU-RL 10/2011 (ff).

CCP STAB IPDP also called BX877-3 is applied in PU, PVC, engineering plastics and contains features such as color improvement and high heat stability.

Golden Dragon Chemicals Dibasic Lead Stearate is white, and toxic power with specific gravity of 2.1. It can dissolve in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, but not in water. As an antioxidant, it has excellent performance of resistance to ultraviolet ray ,cold,and aging.

Plaox 626 is a kind of high-effective solid phosphite ester antioxidant, which is superior to other phosphite ester in the effective protection of polymers' color. It is often blended with phenolic principal antioxidant (such as Plaox-1010) to prepare composite antioxidant which improves the thermo-stability of polymer processing, thus making it widely applied in PE, PP, PS, PA, PC, ABS and many other polymer materials.

EVERNOX-B410 is used in polyolefins and olefins-copolymers such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and EVA. It can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo and copolymers such as PBT, PET, PA, POM, PS, ABS, PUR, elastomers BR, SBR, SBS, adhesives and other organic substrates. The B-blends can be used in combination with light stabilizers of UV-absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers.

JYANOX 3114 Antioxidant with three functional groups of hindered phenolic antioxidant, no pollution, coloring.

Makrostab® Thermo 2071 are masterbatches containing antioxidants intended to improve the processing, long-term heat or other, special, thermooxidative stability of the polymer. The MAKROSTAB® masterbatches represent a simple and efficient solution to the additional stabilization of polymer at its last stage of conversion. They are successfully used in all processing technologies, e.g. injection and blow molding, tape extrusion or fiber production.

EVERNOX-1330 is used in polyolefins e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene for the stabilization of pipes, molded articles, wires and cables, dielectric films etc. Furthermore, it is applied in other polymers such as engineering plastics like linear polyesters, polyamides, and styrene homo- and copolymers. It may also be used in PVC, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.

JYANOX 1076 Antioxidant is an effective antioxidant in oil and paint.

GCH Technology 5944 is an oligomeric HALS characterized by extremely low volatility, high thermal stability and excellent compatibility with many substrates. Its oligomeric structure make it particularly effective when use in thin section articles such as fiber and film. 5944 is suited for use in polypropylene, LDPE, HDPE, XPE, EVA and PP blends with elastomers.5944 is also effective as an antioxidant for long term thermal stability.

Tiangang® AO-B225 is a compound antioxidant with a wide range of uses. It can be used in various types of polyolefins and engineering plastics and other polymer materials.

Henan Kailun Chemical RD (TMQ) is pale yellow to amber thin powder . It is nontoxic, not soluble in water, soluble in benzene, chloroform, acetone and carbon disulphide. It has Micro-soluble petroleum hydrocarbons.

Johoku Chemical JP-351 is a antioxidant, heat resistance stabilizer, non-discoloring stabilizer for plastics, lubricants.

Plaox DODPA is a General purpose antioxidant for all elastomers; specially purified for many nonstaining and moderate discoloring applications such as cables, footware, flooring, gaskets, bicycle tubes and tires.

Evernox MD1024 is highly efficient hindered phenolic antioxidant and metal deactivator for polyolefins and certain thermo-plastic elastomers utilized as primary insulation in contact with copper.

Phenolic antioxidants is white or light yellow powder; soluble in benzene, acetone, lightly soluble in ethyl alcohol and insoluble in water.

Disheng Technology Antioxidant 168 is a hydrolytically stable phosphite processing stabilizer. As a secondary antioxidant,Antioxidant 168 reacts during processing with hydroperoxides formed by autoxidation of polymers preventing process induced degradation and extending the performance of primary antioxidants.

Rongcheng Chemical General Factory Antioxidant 4020(6PPD) is a dark purple pastilles.

China Star Materials Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate (Antioxidant NBC) is bottle-green powder. It can be used as an antiozonant for CR, CSPR, ECO, SBR, NBR, etc. In CR, it can improve the thermal resistance of rubber, and reduce the discoloration under the sun, and it can slightly retard the vulcanization.

Everaox® 203 has high molecular weight and good thermal stability.

Plaox B215 with a good synergistic of Plaox-1010 and Plaox-168, can retard heated degradation and oxidative degradation of polymer substances during processing and in application. It can be widely used for PE, PP, PC, ABS resin and other petrochemical products. The dosage is recommended to be 0.1 ~ 0.8 phr.

AL1508 is Masterbatch containing specially agent suitable for film, also coextruded, where the wrinkles and other surface defects, damagent the perfect adhesion of the layers. The masterbatch is able to keep cleaned the extruder machine.

New GP Black is a carbon black based masterbatch with antioxidants containing 30% of the effective substance in PE carrier resin.

EVERNOX-76 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant with a highly effective, non-discoloring, odorless, good compatibility with most substrates and high resistance to extraction. EVERNOX-76 can be applied in polyolefins, such as PE, PP and well as in other polymers such as styrenics and styrene homo and copolymers such as IPS, ABS, MBS and engineering plastics such as PBT, PET and PUR, elastomers like SBS, SBR, BR, adhesives and other organic substrates. EVERNOX-76 can be combined with other additives such as costabilizer (e.g. thioesters, phosphites, phosphonites), light stabilizer and other functional stabilizers. The synergistic blends of EVERNOX-76 with EVERFOS-168 are extreme performance in polymers stabilization.

Antioxidant-626 can be widely used for PP, PE, PS, ABS resin, etc.

Tiangang® AO-168 is a high-efficiency phosphite-based processing aid, which can effectively prevent the oxidative degradation of polymer materials during processing, and prevent the discoloration and decrease of mechanical strength caused by oxidative degradation during processing.

Carstab DLTDP - DLTDP and DSTDP thioester secondary antioxidants for use in conjunction with phenolic primary antioxidants in a wide range of polymers.

Plaox DLTDP is a good auxiliary antioxidant and is widely used in PP, PE, PVC, ABS rubber and lubricating oil. It has synergistic effect with phenolic antioxidants to prolong the life of the final products.

AO 702 is an important phenolic antioxidant, which is mainly used for plastics, natural and synthetic rubber, and usually used as oils additives. With the excellent performance on high‐temperature antioxidation, it finds many applications in oil products serving under high temperature like heat conduction oil, quench oil and special lubricant.

Mernox SP is N (1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N’ phenyl-p-phenylenediamine compound which is used as staining antidegradants in rubber industry.

BNX 1900 (2082-79-3 & 31570-04-4)is a synergistic blend of 20% BNX 1076 and 80% Benefos 1680. This blend of both a primary and secondary antioxidant provides excellent heat stability and antioxidation, with good compatibility with resins and excellent extraction resistance.

GCH Technology TNPP is a suitable stabilizer for a myriad of elastomers such as SBR, NBR and SIS. It is highly effective in light colored solution and emulsion polymerized elastomers. TNPP is excellent in preventing gel formation polymerization, finishing, storage, and factory processing. It is also a very cost effective process stabilizer for a number of thermoplastic polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and ABS.
