The main component of the white masterbatch is 70% titanium dioxide + resin + additives. Titanium dioxide is widely used in coatings, plastics and paper industries due to its strong hiding power, tinting power, high refractive index, dispersion and stability.

Polytec Masterbatch PT-110250 is a white masterbatch with concentration of up to 80% TiO2 based on carrier resin PE plastics and low titanium concentrations. It is used in applications such as Film, Extrusion, injection processes etc.

Astra Polymers Color-MB/Beige is used under automotive, consumers, packaging, electrical, appliances, construction, agriculture.

KRITILEN® PPA932P is a black masterbatch containing 30% P type carbon black on a special PP carrier. It also contains a selected package of antioxidants in its recipe, which protect the end application polymer from thermal degradation during processing and end use. BLACK PPA932P offers anti-split properties to the end product. Due to its low particle size carbon black, it imparts better UV resistance to strap.

Universal Colorant Company Super Black has 50% of carbon black content in its composition that makes it suitable for use as the black pigment in many plastic applications. The masterbatch is available in industry according to different requirements of the clients including UV protection, conductivity, jetness, etc in the end products. This type of masterbatch is mostly preferred due to its high surface area that further increases with the decrease in the particle size. We have varieties of black masterbatches that have particle size ranging from 10 to 120 nm. Major application areas of this masterbatch are blow molding, injection molding, HDPE pipes and mono filaments.

Shenzhen Xinghua Pigment Masterbatch Solvent Blue 35 is blue colored anthraquinone dye by Shenzhen Xinghua Pigment Masterbatch. It offers very good light fastness, high heat resistance and very good migration fastness. Solvent Blue 35 is designed for use in PS, SAN, hard PVC, AS, ABS, PMMA and PET. It can be used in PBT, PC, PA 6 and PA 66.

KRITILEN® YELLOW PET11325 are concentrates of colorants or additives in a polymer carrier. They offer a convenient way of incorporating colorants or specialty additives in PET bottles offering good dispersion, which is essential for maximum coloring strength and performance.

Pennacle® 66W42 is a White Pigment Additive. During our initial development of Pennacle®, a palette of pigments and dyes were established that had little to no effect on the rate of crystallization of PET. From this, a series of industry standard colors were developed and sent to an outside lab for analysis. Free Blow experiments were conducted to evaluate the effect of Pennacle® on Natural PET resin. In two stages preforms were molded, then conditioned and free blown to evaluate blow parameters and physical properties. The results of these experiments are listed below. This palette is the basis for all Pennacle® color matches made today in PET.

Shenzhen Xinghua Pigment Masterbatch Solvent Blue 78 is blue colored anthraquinone dye by Shenzhen Xinghua Pigment Masterbatch. It provides excellent light fastness, high heat resistance and very good migration fastness. This grade is recommended for use in PS, SAN, hard PVC, AS, ABS, PMMA, PET, PBT, PC and PA 6. KE-8561 is a High quality LDPE and LLDPE packaging film used in Injection and blow molding.
