ADWIL MW PS80 is an amber/golden-colored water-soluble viscous liquid. It is manufactured from polyethoxylated sorbitan (derived from the dehydration of sorbitol, a sugar alcohol) and oleic acid, a fatty acid found in animal and vegetable fats. Due to this structure, polysorbate 80 forms an approximate hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of 15.
ADWIL MW HCO40 is a vegetable-derived, ethoxylated (40 mol) nonionic surfactant suitable for various applications, providing emulsifying and solubilizing functionalities. The hydrogenation of castor oil enhances oxidative stability, improves color, and reduces odor.
ADWIL MW PS60 is an emulsifier manufactured by reacting stearic acid with sorbitol to yield a product which reacts with ethylene oxide. It is a nonionic, water dispersible surface-active agent which is very hydrophilic.
ADWIL MW PS20 is a non-ionic surfactant and wetting ingredient that enhances the spread ability of liquid formulations. It also acts as a dispersion, allowing oils to disperse throughout water without clumping or settling. It's both a thickener and a viscosity modifier, which helps keep a product's viscosity stable when it's exposed to extremes in temperature, such as cold or heat.
