IAM Binder B is a low-molecular-weight cationic resin used for separating oil and water in refinery flotation units. It is also useful in clarifying latex waste and textile industry waste when combined with an anionic polymer. Additionally, the resin is effective in treating paper mill waste, and IAM Binder B holds a patent for it. A low-formaldehyde version of this product is also available.

Dissolvine M-X is a high purity, versatile and readily biodegradable chelate. It can replace phosophorous-containing builders, enhance the cleaning power of a detergent, and prevent deactivation of surfactants in hard water. The active component is MGDA, a chelating agent with three carboxylic groups. Together with the central nitrogen atom these carboxylic groups provide strong multiple bonds with di- and trivalent metal ions. The small molecular size enables rapid action at low temperatures and in short contact time. The MGDA trisodium salt is fully REACH registered. Excellent low toxicity and low eco-toxicological permit non-dangerous labelling. MGDA-Na3 is listed on EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List in the United States. As an ingredient in cleaning formulations, the MGDA in Dissolvine M-X improves the descaling and cleaning capabilities. This includes whiteness and color care benefits in laundry and stain removal abilities in automatic dish washing (ADW). Since MGDA is also a strong chelating agent for heavy metal ions, such as Fe and Cu, it enhances product stability and prevents negative effects of transition metals.

Lansurf AEP66 is a biodegradable nonionic surfactant produced through the reaction of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide on a synthetic primary fatty alcohol. It shares compatibility with soaps, anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants, offering wetting, detergency, and low foam. Similar to AEP63, it is employed in cleaning applications where low foaming is essential, such as machine dishwash, metal cleaning, and bottle rinse formulations. It is also used in textiles, oils, lubricants, agrochemicals, paints, and polymers.

It is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants, providing wetting, detergency, and low foam. It is suitable for cleaning applications where low foaming is necessary, such as machine dishwash, metal cleaning, and bottle rinse formulations. It also finds use in textiles, oils, lubricants, agrochemicals, paints, and polymers.

Synthetic Sodium Sulfonates Synsul™ NA is a series of synthetic sodium sulfonates of various molecular weights. These products are carefully and selectively manufactured to ensure consistent quality with little variation from batch to batch. The lower molecular weight products, Synsul™ NA 420 and Synsul™ NA 450, have good affinity for water making them excellent components in emulsifier packages. The higher molecular weight products, Synsul™ NA 480, and Synsul™ NA 535, have less affinity for water thereby imparting rust and corrosion inhibiting characteristics. The advantages of these products include lower viscosity for ease of handling, lighter color, and greater batch-to-batch consistency.

Oleum Sulfonated Synthetic Sodium Sulfonates Synsul™ 415, 450, and 500 are oil soluble, oleum sulfonated synthetic sodium sulfonates. Synsul™ 415 and 450 have good affinity for water making them excellent components in emulsifier packages. Synsul™ 500 displaces water, making it a good rust and corrosion inhibitor component.
