Dragonox® 1135 is an excellent antioxidant that may be used in a variety of polymers. Because of its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly well suited for use in forced air cooling processes for PU. This product is used in the stabilization of PV flexible slabstock foams to prevent the formation of peroxides in the polyol during storage and transport and to further protect against scorching during foaming. It also helps prevent fogging in automotive applications, and the low volatility of this product makes it a perfect fit where meat liquids, emulsions, suspensions, solutions, or melts are an integral part of polymer manufacturing and processing. This product has the convenience of a pumpable liquid that can be added before, during, or after polymerization.

ANTIFIAMMA Flame Retardants range comprises liquid blends of pure melamine dispersions along with different synergistic formulations of primary flame retardants that can be applied to FLEXIBLE and INTEGRAL FOAM as well as to RIGID PU FOAMS. Thanks to their composition and production process, those additives represent a new concept of halogen free flame retardants able to offer perfect distribution into liquid and to enhance instrinsic fire resistance in the end-product by increasing the contact surface of the active principles with the foam. antiFIAMMA represent a step towards safer workplaces, where classified powder handling is a real risk and source of dirt.

SUNSHINE ORANGE Pigment Dispersion (PU Foams) is a color reference specially formulated for the coloration of flexible, rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane foams. It is based on organic pigments dispersed in carriers. This shade, and our other color dispersions, are fully compatible with both polyester and polyether polyurethane foams. Addition rates range between 0,1% to 5% on polyol, depending on the desired shade. The illustration simulates shade and colour intensity at a concentration of 2%, at 40 Kg/m3 density. To create your own color, submit a request or contact an Expert to receive our color match form. PAT is an authorized REPI formulator of liquid color dispersions. ANTISTATIC ADDITIVES is a medium polarity ionic liquid specifically tailored to improve conductivity properties of microcellular PU and TPU shoe soles, PU composite, PU coatings and C.A.S.E. applications. HP-A TAN shows a very good compatibility with polyether and polyester polyols. In footwear applications, including the light density PU soles, HP-A TAN is tailored to meet the strict and challenging requirement of ESD safety standard (electrical resistance maximum 35 mega Ohm). Important application for HP-A TAN are PU cast elastomers and PU composites for electronics parts where the market requires very low levels of electrical resistance combined with high levels of hardness. Using the HP-A TAN, customers are able to minimize the antistatic loading and consequently the hardness decreasing effect.

UV STABILISER combines UV absorbers and anti-oxidants in liquid blends, specifically designed to enhance UV and heat resistance in PU and TPU applications. The HP-UV TAN variant is particularly recommended for various applications, including flexible and rigid PU foam, C.A.S.E. (coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers), as well as industries like automotive and transportation, furniture and bedding, footwear, building and construction, and marine and offshore applications. These stabilizers are crafted to fortify materials against UV degradation and heat exposure in diverse manufacturing sectors.
