Lupranol 4010/1/SC25 is a polyether polyol grafted with styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) and mainly contains primary hydroxyl end groups. With about 25% solids, this polyol forms a stable dispersion that does not separate under normal storage conditions. It includes a low-emission and low-discoloration antioxidant combination (without BHT). Dragonox® 1135 is an excellent antioxidant that may be used in a variety of polymers. Flyadd® AY20 is a liquid-type compounded anti-yellowing agent that can increase the thermal resistance and anti-aging properties of PU products. This highly efficient product has excellent anti-thermal oxygen and ultraviolet absorption functions and can effectively inhibit the yellowing caused by high-temperature processing or ultraviolet light.

Dragonox® 5057 is used as an excellent co-stabilizer in polyurethane foams, such as in combination with hindered phenols like Dragonox® 1135. Core discoloration or scorching results from the exothermic reactions of a diisocyanate with polyol and a diiscocyanate with water during the manufacture of flexible polyurethane slabstock foams. Proper stabilization of these polyols using Dragonox® 5057 protects against oxidation during storage and transport and also provides scorch protection during foaming. This product can also be used with other polymers, such as elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.

Dragonsorb® 1 is a highly efficient liquid-type UV absorber with an effective UV absorption range of 240 - 350nm. Repi SENZAA REPITAN is a scavenger designed to minimize the presence of aldehydes, particularly addressing odors associated with formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, as well as VOC/fog emissions in polyurethane (PU) components. Repi Bonding Enhancer is the liquid blend of selected additives tailored to improve the adhesion of polyether PU foams to foams, or to paper or textile. This reactive additive gives to PU foams extraordinary adhesion strength after the flame lamination process. BE REPITAN helps manufacturers meet strict fogging and VOC emission specifications for flame/heat lamination of polyether foams by reducing total emission levels of finished foams. Repi ANTIFIAMMA Flame Retardants range comprises liquid blends of pure melamine dispersions along with different synergistic formulations of primary flame retardants that can be applied to FLEXIBLE and INTEGRAL FOAM as well as to RIGID PU FOAMS. Repi ANTISTATIC ADDITIVES is a medium polarity ionic liquid specifically tailored to improve conductivity properties of microcellular PU and TPU shoe soles, PU composite, PU coatings and C.A.S.E. applications. HP-A REPITAN shows a very good compatibility with polyether and polyester polyols. In footwear applications, including the light density PU soles, HP-A REPITAN is tailored to meet the strict and challenging requirement of ESD safety standard (electrical resistance maximum 35 mega Ohm). Important application for HP-A REPITAN are PU cast elastomers and PU composites for electronics parts where the market requires very low levels of electrical resistance combined with high levels of hardness. Repi ANTISCORCHING are liquid blends of selected antioxidants and process stabilizers tailored to improve PU foam heat resistance and polyol storage stability giving a strong protection against oxidation. New Low-Emission formulations are recommended when extra low VOC emissions and Fogging properties are required.
