XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of viscosities. The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are in the range of 100 to 30,000 cSt. It is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid (e.g. 3 parts XIAMETER(TM) PMX- 200 Silicone Fluid 100 cSt and 1 part XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt) to obtain optimum results in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss. The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high-viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water-repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

MultiTech MultiFunctional V is a coarse grade of wollastonite with approximately 20% retained on a 325 mesh sieve. MultiTech MultiFunctional V can be used as a general purpose extender pigment where ultra-fineness is not required such as texture paints and block fillers. The naturally high pH of wollastonite helps to buffer latex paints and coatings, which contributes to improved corrosion resistance and weathering. This also extends in-can stability and prolongs the lifetime of the coating.

MultiTech Difunctional A is a primary, saturated alcohol with defined branching of the carbon chain. Such alcohols are chemically described as 2-alkyl-1-alkanols and are also referred to as Guerbet alcohols. It is a high purity alcohol that offers excellent oxidative and color stability. Additionally, the twin, 100% linear alkyl branches of the MultiTech Difunctional A alcohol give it a lower viscosity and better biodegradability than dimer alcohols derived from oxo-alcohols. MultiTech Lubricant A is a water-insoluble soap of commercial stearic acid.

STEPANATE® PTSA 65-E is classified as a sulfonic acid, plays a significant role in foundry resins, electroplating, and esterification reactions. The chemical group associated with it is p-toluene sulfonic acid, and like some other products, STEPANATE® PTSA 65-E holds kosher certification.

REWOCOROS® AL 200 is a lauryl polyglycol ether-based phosphoric acid ester. It serves as a multifunctional corrosion inhibitor for water-miscible lubricants, suitable for aluminum alloys and ferrous metals depending on the type of neutralization agent used. When combined with alkali and ammonium salts, it can also function as an extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear (AW) additive, and lubricity improver for water-miscible lubricants, such as metalworking fluids.

WW-82® Highly Soluble Dextrin (4252-C) is a highly soluble dextrin with stable viscosity, used in mining, adhesives, and industrial applications.
