It can replace phosophorous-containing builders, enhance the cleaning power of a detergent, and prevent deactivation of surfactants in hard water. The active component is MGDA, a chelating agent with three carboxylic groups. Together with the central nitrogen atom these carboxylic groups provide strong multiple bonds with di- and trivalent metal ions. The small molecular size enables rapid action at low temperatures and in short contact time. The MGDA trisodium salt is fully REACH registered. Excellent low toxicity and low eco-toxicological permit non-dangerous labelling. MGDA-Na3 is listed on EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List in the United States. This includes whiteness and color care benefits in laundry and stain removal abilities in automatic dish washing (ADW). In footwear applications, including the light density PU soles, HP-A TAN is tailored to meet the strict and challenging requirement of ESD safety standard (electrical resistance maximum 35 mega Ohm). Important application for HP-A TAN are PU cast elastomers and PU composites for electronics parts where the market requires very low levels of electrical resistance combined with high levels of hardness. Using the HP-A TAN, customers are able to minimize the antistatic loading and consequently the hardness decreasing effect.

GR060 is a grade of graphite obtained by extrusion. There are two types of graphite used in the industry: natural graphite and synthetic graphite. Natural graphite is a naturally occurring element and it is used mainly as a lubricant, carbon additive and pencil lead. Synthetic graphite is a petroleum based composite material used in a variety of applications requiring superior to natural graphite properties. Synthetic graphite is also called artificial graphite, and is classified by a method of manufacturing and/or by production stage. There are four methods of manufacturing synthetic graphite: extrusion, vibration molding, compression molding and isostatic molding. There are also four production stages: baking, graphitization, purification and impregnation. The combination of methods of manufacturing and production stages determines the future properties of graphite. Manufacturing graphite is a lengthy and expensive process.
