SILMIKRON® is for industrial use, mighty, workable silica sand deposits are of decisive importance. Nevertheless, chemical purity and constancy are not enough in order to apply silica directly as a raw material. In Quarzwerke plants silica sands are thoroughly prepared. The raw material has to pass exten-sive cleaning-, classification-, drying- and iron-free grinding processes in order to produce silica sands, flours and powders. For the production of silica flours and -powders with a defined grain size distribution separation processes are required in addition to iron-free grinding. Quarzwerke are able to produce silica powders with grain sizes down to 1 μm due to a fine-tuned combination of grind- and classification technology. Another refining step is the surface-treatment with silanes or silan-based substances which can be adjusted to the respective application.

APChem CFL 117 is a synthetic polymer used to control loss of filtrate from cement in fresh to salt water slurries up to 204°C. Has non-gellation properties, which make it ideally suited for squeeze cementing and coiled tubing squeeze cementing. Also available as a liquid; CFL-117L is a 41.7% active, non-aqueous suspension.

LESTAC CR100 is brown to dark brown color thermoplastic granular or flake resin obtained from mainly thermal polymerizing unsaturated aromatic and indene derived from the process of thermal cracking of naphtha. The major usages are Paint, Printing Ink, Rubber Compound and Tire. This grade also can be use as water repellent agent, concrete curing agent and binder for asphalt.

Deqing Toda Sanfeng Pigment Toda Color TSY-2H is fine micronized yellow iron oxide, easy dispersion type pigments for heat resistance.

Razeen® LR 2254 is a low viscosity epoxy resin based on bisphenol A and modified with an aliphatic monoglycidyl ether.

Crescograph Solutions Soda Feldspar is produced when the raw Materials are completely monitored by technical experts in mine site to avoid possible contamination of Quartz & Mica and foreign contamination such as Mud, Clay & slits. Further segregation done at processing units manually to avoid contaminations which may added during its transportation from mines site to processing unit. After complete monitoring, raw material feed in to Ceramic lined ball mill to obtain the material in powder form of various sizes such as 75, 63 and 45 Micron. In case of chips/grits manufacturing, material feed in to Disintegrator with ceramic lining. After grinding process, all material passed through high gauss value Magnetic Separator to eliminate external iron particles, if any. Since these materials are getting processed at high end machineries, addition of external iron particles is completely avoided, and uniform particle size is maintained.

Apcoflex® N5 is a hot polymerized, high ACN containing acrylonitrile butadiene co-polymer. It contains slightly staining antioxidant.

New Riverside Ochre Company Redwood is a milled, calcined umber with good heat stability and suitable for all concrete applications.

Calcium formate [Ca(HCOO)2, CAS No 544-17-2] is a white granular powder with a molecular weight of 130.1 g/mol. Calcium formate is soluble in water (0.2 g/100mL at 20°C).
