Lubfluid Multifunctional A is a fatty alcohol poly-glycol ether, based on LIALCHEM 25/75 and propylene oxide.

STEPAN® MWA-553 is a fatty acid ester utilized in metalworking formulations for synthetic and semi-synthetic lubricants in high-temperature settings. It can function as a standalone chlorinated paraffin replacement or be combined with phosphate esters for enhanced lubrication properties. Its benefits include improved lubrication, a reduced average scar compared to industry standards, and higher failure loads.

STEPAN® MWA-551 is a pentaerythritol tetra c8-10 that can be used for metalworking formulations in synthetic and semi-synthetic lubricants in high-temperature applications and for improved lubrication properties. It can act as a stand-alone chlorinated paraffin replacement or be combined with phosphate esters to offer further enhancement. It shows improved lubrication by showing a reduced average scar when compared to the current industry standard.

STEPAN® MWA-550 is a trimethylolpropane tricaprylate caprate polyol ester that can be used for metalworking formulations in 100% synthetic lubricants for improved lubrication properties, cutting fluids, and drawing compounds. It can enhance the performance of straight oil, semi-synthetic, and full synthetic metalworking fluids. It can also offer extreme pressure-type performance without reacting at the work-tool interface. It shows improved lubrication by showing a reduced average scar when compared to the current industry standard.

WACKER® 50550/8 VP is a waxy, alkyl-modified polysiloxane known for its hydrolysis resistance and strong affinity to different substrates. Primarily utilized in the polish sector, this product is particularly recommended for car polishes and paint conditioners. Its high substantivity ensures that the treated paint surface remains highly resistant to detergents and weathering over extended periods of time, providing long-lasting protection.

WACKER® APF 130 STAB is a clear, brown-colored polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. It possesses excellent thermal stability and has a specially designed stabilization system, ensuring its reliability in various applications. With its low volatility, WACKER® APF 130 STAB is particularly well-suited for use as a heat transfer fluid and pressure transfer fluid.

WACKER® AP 1000 is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. It finds application as a heat transfer fluid, a pressure transfer fluid, a dielectric in capacitors and transformers, and as the base fluid for heat-resistant lubricants.

WACKER® AP 500 is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. It is commonly used as a heat transfer fluid and a pressure transfer fluid. Additionally, it serves as a dielectric in capacitors and transformers as well as a base fluid in heat-resistant lubricants. For practical purposes, the useful temperature range of WACKER® AP 500 is between -35 °C and +200 °C.

WACKER® W 23 is a white, waxy, alkyl-modified polysiloxane that is resistant to hydrolysis and exhibits a very high affinity for various substrates. It is mainly used in the Polish sector. Due to its high substantivity, it is recommended for car polishes and paint conditioners as it renders the treated paint surface extremely resistant to detergents and weathering for long periods of time.

WACKER® APF 130 is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. This versatile fluid finds widespread application as a heat transfer fluid and a pressure transfer fluid. It also demonstrates excellent performance as a dielectric in capacitors and transformers and serves as a reliable base fluid in heat-resistant lubricants.

WACKER® AP 1000 STAB is a clear, brown-colored polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. This specially stabilized product exhibits excellent thermal stability. It is primarily used as a heat transfer fluid and a pressure transfer fluid. For practical purposes, the useful temperature range of WACKER® AP 1000 STAB is between -35 °C and +250 °C. However, this presupposes that heat-stressing of the fluid occurs under "chemically pure" conditions.

WACKER® AP 200 is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. It is commonly used as a heat transfer fluid and a pressure transfer fluid. Additionally, it serves as a dielectric in capacitors and transformers as well as a base fluid in heat-resistant lubricants.

WACKER® AS 100 Silicone fluid is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with a low proportion of phenyl groups. It serves as a versatile damping fluid, providing excellent vibration and noise reduction in various applications. Additionally, it is commonly used as a heat transfer fluid and serves as a base fluid for low temperature lubricants.

WACKER® E 10 is a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane available as a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. This product serves as a universal release agent in rubber processing and is also suitable for formulating paint and plastic conditioners. The active agent in WACKER® E 10 facilitates easy polishing of conditioner formulations and enhances their brightness.

WACKER® NE 4720 is an anionic oil-in-water emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It has a low viscosity and can be easily diluted with water. WACKER® NE 4720 exhibits excellent wetting properties on various substrates. Importantly, it does not cause stress crack corrosion when in contact with acrylic glass or polycarbonates.

WACKER® AR 200 silicone fluid is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with phenyl groups. It is commonly used as a heat transfer fluid and pressure transfer fluid, offering excellent thermal stability and efficient performance. Additionally, it serves as a base fluid in lubricants.

WACKER® W 27 is a white to cream-colored, high-melting waxy alkyl modified polysiloxane. It is highly resistant to hydrolysis and demonstrates a remarkable affinity for a wide range of substrates. This product finds applications in car care, car polishes, paint preservatives, plastic-care products, and surface care.

Naxonac® T50 is a polyethylene alkyl ether phosphate designed to meet the requirements for use as an emulsifier in the production of acrylics, vinyl-acrylics, and styrene-acrylic emulsion polymers. It can be converted to its salt form for use in emulsion polymerization, making it highly effective in the production of stable emulsion polymers.

Naxonac® 965A is an ammonium salt of the phosphate ester Naxonac® 965, which is useful in the emulsion polymerization of a broad range of emulsion polymers, including acrylics, vinyl-acrylics, and styrene-acrylics. As an anionic surfactant, one of the main advantages of phosphate esters is their stability and solubility in alkaline systems. They can also be used as hydrotropes, enabling the coupling of non-ionic surfactant systems that are otherwise not soluble while increasing wetting and detergency properties.

Naxonac® 965 is an anionic surfactant that can be used as an emulsifier in emulsion polymerization, pesticides, and cleaning formulations due to its stability at high temperatures, high alkalinity, and electrolyte systems. Additionally, its solubility in alkali systems makes it a great hydrotrope that can be used to couple nonionic surfactant systems that are not normally soluble while simultaneously increasing wetting and detergency properties.

ESTILUBE™ L400 is an ester oil based on natural, saturated fatty acids. This has a high flash point, a low evaporation rate, good lubricating properties, and very good oxidation stability. This shows excellent performance in minimal lubrication fluids, and it is miscicble with mineral oils and esters.

ESTILUBE™ L320 is an ester oil based on natural saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. It has a high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and good lubricating properties. It's applications are that it is recommended to use as metal working lubricants and release agents. 

ESTILUBE™ L360 S is an ester oil based on vegetable fatty acids. It is applied as a base oil in water- and non-water-miscible metal working fluids, mold release agents, and other industrial fluids where good lubricity is required. This can replace mineral oil in many industrial lubricant formulations. This can be mixed with ESTILUBE L300, ESTILUBE PTO, and ESTILUBE P1600 in order to adjust the viscosity of non-water miscible formulations. ESTILUBE™ L360 S is formulated with emulsifiers such as ESTISURF 600 and sodium sulphonates for the development of water-miscible formulations.

ESTILUBE™ L360 is an ester oil based on natural fatty acids. It is recommended for use as a base oil in water- and non-water-miscible metal working fluids, mold release agents, and other industrial fluids where good lubricity is required. It is often used as a replacement for mineral oil in industrial lubricant formulations. It can be combined with ESTILUBE L300, ESTILUBE PTO, and ESTILUBE P1600 in order to adjust the viscosity of non-water miscible formulations. ESTILUBE™ L360 can be combined with ESTISURF 600, ESTISURF CF20, ESTIMOL EMPA1, ESTIMOL EMPA 5, and ESTIMOL EMPA 10 for the development of water miscible formulations.

ESTILUBE™ L290 is an ester oil based on C16-C18 natural fatty acids. It can be used as a carrier fluid and lubricant additive in water-miscible and other types of industrial lubricants. It can also be combined with ESTILUBE L210 and ESTILUBE L300 in case we need low-temperature fluidity.

ESTILUBE™ P688 is an ester oil based on natural, saturated fatty acids and a polyol with a neopentyl structure. This has a very high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and good lubricating properties. It forms no carbon residues, even at very high temperatures. It is recommended for use in high-temperature lubricants such as greases and chain lubricants. This is based on saturated fatty acids and has very good oxidation stability. It is miscible with mineral oil, PAO, esters, and polyglycols.

ESTILUBE™ P1600 N is an ester oil based on natural fatty acids and polyols. It has a high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and outstanding lubricating and adhesion properties. It is recommended to use it as a lubricative additive in metal-forming lubricants. Also, it can be applied as a viscosity modifier, and it is very effective in even low concentrations.
