WACKER® TN is a medium-viscosity modified silicone fluid that combines the advantages of silicone fluids and mineral oils due to its unique chemical structure. It is specifically designed for formulating release agents used in the thermal molding process of rubber, plastics, and low-melting nonferrous metals. Compared to traditional silicone fluids, WACKER® TN offers superior performance when the molded parts require subsequent painting, printing, coating, or bonding. SILFOAM® SE 2263 is a water-dispersible antifoam emulsion with a low to medium viscosity. It is formulated based on an organomodified polysiloxane. This product effectively prevents foam formation (as an antifoam) and eliminates existing foam (as a defoamer) in various aqueous systems. SILFOAM® SE 2263 is particularly well-suited for applications where the use of silicones could typically present challenges, such as PVC degassing, the manufacturing and processing of polymer dispersions for textiles, paper, paints, surface coatings, and adhesives, as well as cooling lubricants and textile formulations.

SILFOAM® SD 8260 is a 100% silicone antifoam concentrate that is specifically developed to meet the requirements of the dispersion industry. It can be used directly or as a base for creating an antifoam emulsion. SILFOAM® SD 8260 is highly recommended for foaming systems that require excellent compatibility with the antifoam agent. It is suitable for applications that typically present challenges for silicones, such as paints, adhesives, and water-miscible cooling lubricants.

WACKER® NE 4720 is an anionic oil-in-water emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It has a low viscosity and can be easily diluted with water. WACKER® NE 4720 exhibits excellent wetting properties on various substrates. Importantly, it does not cause stress crack corrosion when in contact with acrylic glass or polycarbonates.

WACKER® E 10 is a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane available as a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. This product serves as a universal release agent in rubber processing and is also suitable for formulating paint and plastic conditioners. The active agent in WACKER® E 10 facilitates easy polishing of conditioner formulations and enhances their brightness.

WACKER® AR 200 silicone fluid is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with phenyl groups. It is commonly used as a heat transfer fluid and pressure transfer fluid, offering excellent thermal stability and efficient performance. Additionally, it serves as a base fluid in lubricants.

T-Mulz® 800 is an alcohol ethoxylate-based phosphate ester designed for use in alkaline cleaners, yarn lubricants, and concentrated electrolyte solutions.
