Polycor® 944 Neutral Base isophthalic gel coats are high quality coatings developed for the fiberglass industry. These gel coats provide quality finishes, which deliver good chemical/water resistance, gloss retention, weatherability, and resiliency. These gel coats are formulated to meet the rigid requirements of transportation, boating, and sanitary applications. They have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American national standard for plastic bath tubs, shower receptors and shower stalls, ANSI Z124.1, .2 -1995, sec. 6.1.1. 944 gel coats are ready to use, easy to spray, sag resistant, fast curing and require only the addition of the proper amount of an appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. Polycor® 944 isophthalic gel coats are available in a wide range of eye-appealing colors. Customer color matching is available on request. Polycor® 949 Neutral Base sanding gel coats have been specifically formulated for use as a sanding substrate. Sanding gel coats are used for FRP parts that will be subsequently painted. They can be used for room temperature and heated molding rtm applications. Customer experiences have proven that these products can be post-baked at temperatures up to 285°f for as long as two hours. They may also be used for utility, noncritical exterior applications. They are not intended Nor should they be used as a surface coat for the marine, tub/shower or swimming pool industries. They should not be used for water immersion service boat hull, swimming pool, spa, water tank, etc. , even if/when painted.

Sogel Weatherguard Gel coats have been developed from a special polyester resin This in combination with high quality additives, allows optimal performance for the manufacture of exterior pieces exposed to weather conditions. Sogel Weatherguard Gel coats provide a permanent lustrous finish, an esthetic surface, and an intense color.

Polycor® Fireblock 2335 SP - intumescent fire retardant properties that conforms to EN 45545 for internal panels in conjunction with fireblock resin systems. Main applications areas are home and domestic applications, mass transports etc.

Schmelzer Industries PEARLVEIL 3 mil is a non-woven, continuous strand glass fiber surfacing veil for relatively flat composite parts. Process applications include Pre-form, Compression Molding, Continuous Lamination, Electrical Flat Sheet, RTM / Vacuum Infusion, Filament Winding, Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG).

POLYCOR® LSC NPG BR WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on Isophthalic Neopentylglycol unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This high performance gel coat is formulated for use in sanitary and marine applications or GRP application where resistance to water and blistering are needed.

Bathcote® 992 Base White gel coats are high performance products formulated for the sanitary-ware industries. These gel coats have low volatile organic compound properties. Bathcote® gel coats meet the EPA national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants NESHAP : reinforced composites construction. While offering these benefits, polynt composites gel coats have retained the important construction application qualities customers have come to expect from polynt composites gel coats, such as resistance to porosity, tearing, and color separation; sag resistance; consistent liquid properties; good patchability; and more. These all add up to higher quality appeal in FRP parts made from polynt composites' 992 series gel coats. The bathcote® 992 series resist blistering because they are formulated to provide high performance against water and certain chemicals. These gel coats were primarily developed for sanitary applications. These gel coats provide durable, reduced maintenance products. Polynt composites gel coats have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American national standard for plastic bathtubs, shower receptors and shower stalls, IAPMO/ANSI Z124.1 .2 -2005, section 6.1. This product series has received certification from the canadian standards association CSA and is eligible to bear the CSA trademark. These gel coats require only the addition of the proper amount of the appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure.

Polycryl G-501 Green is a vinyl ester tooling gel coat, acrylic modified formulation. These gel coats are formulated specifically to meet the stringent specifications of the Marine and Transportation markets. Polycryl gel coats are formulated for spray with standard pressure pot equipment or air assisted airless equipment. Please refer to the “Polycryl Tooling Gel Coat Application Guide” before applying these products. Unacceptable results can occur when used improperly.

Schmelzer Industries TRUMAT 5/8 Ounce is a non-woven, semi-continuous strand glass fiber mat designed for pultrusion and filament winding. Ideal for use in thin wall profiles or for resin rich surface finishes.

KarpatSmoly UMF Resin Grade B is an aqueous suspension, non-flammable, non-explosive. The finished product contains 10% of melamine by weight.

Polynt Group 32X series are barriers type coatings developed for the composites and fiberglass industry. The 32X series have been formulated to reduce osmotic blistering, and as a print blockers, to provide a smoother gelcoat finish. This barrier coat was primarily developed for parts that are in conditions with prolonged contact with water and reduce the risk of water blistering. The 32X barrier coat are formulated to result with a fast cure, sagging resistant and ready-tospray after the addition of the proper amount of appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide catalyst. Normally, dark Colors help to detect and eliminate air bubbles. However, it also can affect the quality of the final product. Contact you representative to have more details on Colors available. Because these 32X series barrier coat are formulated with special additives they have a fair resistance to UV and are not recommended for direct sunlight exposure. It would result in rapid chalking and fading.

L & L Products L-9060 Part A is a fire, smoke, and toxicity (FST) compliant, two-component light weight epoxy formulation designed for panel finishing and reinforcement of aircraft interiors.

Armorflex® 953 Base White gel coats are high performance, iso/npg products that display desirable high gloss buffback® qualities. Buffback® qualities of these gel coats are demonstrated as:easier, quicker gloss recovery less buffing time to achieve gloss .Higher gloss recovery when polishing back aged or exposed gel coat surfaces.Higher gloss in the repair patch and surrounding refinished area.Higher gloss recoverability from lower gloss molds. Higher gloss can be perceived as a deeper, richer color, providing an enhanced cosmetic appearance to the gel coated part. While offering these benefits, the Armorflex® 953 series gel coats have retained the important construction application qualities expected from ccp gel coats, such as resistance to porosity, tearing, and color separation; sag resistance; consistent liquid properties; excellent patchability; and more. All of these properties contribute to the high quality appeal in FRP parts made from ccp high gloss Armorflex® buffback® gel coats. Gel coats in this series resist weathering and blistering because they are formulated to give high performance against water and certain chemicals, although blister resistance is best with gel coats in the 943 series. Gel coats in the 953 series are made with neopentyl glycol Npg and were primarily developed for sanitary and quality marine applications; however, they should be used in any FRP application where high performance characteristics are desired. 953 gel coats utilize this unique glycol to provide a gel coat that surpasses previous commercial gel coats in its resistance to blistering. They also contain isophthalic acid iso as a cocomponent rather than orthophthalic acid. The isophthalic functionality is used, rather than the orthophthalic to complement the NPG for better end use properties. These gel coats provide durable, reduced maintenance products. These gel coats have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American national standard for plastic bathtubs, shower receptors and shower stalls, ANSI Z124.1, .2 and .3 –1995, sec. 6.1.1.

Nord Composites GC 610 is a gel coat based on Isophthalic resin, Thixotropic and pre-accelerated product, Gel coat for quality applications without sagging on vertical walls, Good mechanical resistance, to impact and aging, Good resistance to hydrolysis and UV, LLYOD'S certified .

POLYCOR® ISO BR WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on Isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This gel coat is formulated to meet the rigid requirements of transportation,boating and sanitary applications.

AeroWindTech AWTPP 605 is designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites and metal-to-metal bonding structures. AWTPP-605 is produced from 100% Polyester fiber. The fiber melts at approximately 480°F (249°C). The fabric leaves a medium surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths. This product is available in standard white heat set finish.

Nord Composites GC 511 is a gel coat based on orthophthalic resin, thixotropic and pre-accelerated product, gel coat for the production of parts to be sanded and repainted, Easy sanding - quick drying - no microporosities,.

These gel coats are ready to use, easy to spray, sag resistant, fast curing and require only the addition of the proper amount of an appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. Polycor® 943 gel coats are available in whites and a wide range of colors.

Polycryl PPS-G-620 Green is a refinishing vinyl ester tooling gel coat. These coatings are vinyl ester urethane hybrids with a unique low hap chemistry. They are MACT Compliant and meet current Federal regulations regarding emissions.

RESOLTECH 2010 FR is a Epoxy auto extinguishing topcoat. Which complies with IMO Solas Part 5 Annex 1 For bulkheads, walls & ceilings linings, floor covering, and primary deck covering. Has applications (Gelcoat, topcoat or casting).

Polynt Group Fireblock 2330PAWK745 is an unpromoted flame-retardant gel coat formulated for use as an inmold coating for composites manufacturing. Fireblock™ 2330PAWK745, when used in combination with Norsodyne™ fireblock™ resin products, allows manufacturers to fabricate composites parts that meet requirements for a variety of markets, including transportation, building, architecture and construction.

NM Gelcoat 275 is a thixotropic, pigmented solvent free epoxy gelcoat for laminates. NM Gelcoat 275 can be used for molds and tools.

Our Polyester Barrier Coat was developed from a proprietary resin blend with high quality raw materials and special additives. This coating acts as a barrier coat between the laminate and the gelcoat. This formulation provides superior osmosis resistance along with enhanced thermal and cracking resistance properties. Sogel’s Polyester Barrier Coats allow accelerating the cure and the demoulding time, while strongly reducing the risk of print through, orange peel and blisters on gelcoat surface.

STYPOL® 040-4985 and 040-4988 are clear,light colored,acrylic modified,chemical resistant NPG isophthalic resins designed specifically for spray granite applications where the user incorporates granite effect fillers.

Polynt Group Polygel 32 - orthophthalic gel coat; good wettability; also suitable for transportation market. Main applications areas are composites, industrial sector, mass transports etc.

Polynt Group 24X series gelcoats are enamel like coatings developed for the composites and fiberglass industry. These gelcoats are used as an enamel coating, similar to paint and are often used to hide any fiberglass pattern inside the part. This series is suitable for water immersion and can be used if high blister resistance is not a major concern. The 24X series gelcoat can also be used to protect the laminate against u.V. Rays. 24X series gelcoat is more like a polyester paint and offers improved cosmetic surface of fiberglass. 24X series gel coats are sag resistant and have a fast curing system.Formulated for spray and roll application.Fast gel time and cure time that provide a good cure.Require only the addition of a proper amount of mekp to cure.Easy to spray and rollgood hiding abilities. These gelcoats are available in a wide range of appealing colors. Color matching is available on request. The numbers following: 24x…indicate the product color code. For parts in contact with water, severe conditions we recommend an npg/iso base gelcoat. For fire retardant properties, we recommend a specific fire retardant base gelcoat. Parts that have to be assembled should be sanded before, to obtain a good adherence. 24 series gelcoat may be applied by brush, roller or spray.

RESOLCOAT 7060(S) CLEAR is a colorless gelcoat formulated for the production of composite parts. It is intended for the production of parts of apparent carbon aspect or other decorative fabrics when the esthetic aspect is research.
