TU100 is a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fiber-reinforced uni-directional tape that processes in the 600-650oF (315-345oC) temperature range. The prepreg is used in a variety of high performance, structural composite applications. PPS is a high temperature semi-crystalline polymer with a good combination of toughness, chemical and solvent resistance, low moisture absorption and superior FST properties. AtenPly CPPS35 are thin sheets of continuous reinforcement fibers impregnated with thermoplastic resin. It is made direct from the fiber roving and thermoplastic melt using proprietary technology developed by Jonam Composites Ltd. This cost-effective efficient process produces light weight, high-strength ,well impregnated, smooth tape with unidirectional fiber reinforcement.
