Lattice Composites LCMC-G2 is a high Tg version of LCMC-G1.

menzolit® BMC 0200 is a bulk molding compound based on unsaturated polyester resin. The productis glass fiber reinforced and contains mineral fillers. In case of fire the product doesn’t melt, neitherdoes it form droplets nor is smoke generation excessive. The material is injection molded in heated steel molds. It is recommended to work with chrome plated tools. It does not contain any halogensnor any candidates from the REACH SVHC list.

Melochem Molding Compound 791 by BI-QEM is a melamine-formaldehyde resin reinforced with high-class cellulose and modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It offers good hardness, glossy surface with excellent scratch and chemical resistance. It provides resistance against surfactants and weak bases. It is recommended for household and foodservice applications including dinnerware, ramekins, ashtrays, jugs, ladles, and bowls. Melochem Molding Compound 791 is also suitable for the manufacture of retail, commercial and military grade buttons. The molded products can be recycled and exhibit low water absorption properties. It has a shelf life of 6 months.

Lattice Composites LCMC-G1 is used as general-purpose BMC. It is net shape, easy processing, high stiffness.

Mar-Bal MB2000-20 is an excellent flame and track resistant material possessing outstanding electrical and mechanical properties.

Mar-Bal MB3000-15NY is a superior chemical-resistant material with excellent flame and track resistance.

Resinoid 2101 is an organic fiber reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It was specifically developed for molded parts requiring nominal mechanical strengths and excellent electrical properties. This material comes in pelletized form an d in grades suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding.

Urochem Molding Compound 134 by BI-QEM is a urea formaldehyde resin with melamine resin. It is filled with cellulose and modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It offers high hardness, glossy surface, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. It is designed for processing by injection molding. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance. Urochem Molding Compound 134 is recommended for electrical components such as sockets, lamp holders, and domestic circuit breakers. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C.

Verkid® BMC PX4 is a fiber reinforced compound, in a thermoset resin matrix, with mineral fillers and different additives. Generally thermoset unsaturated polyester or vynil-ester resins are used as organic matrix. With the aim of enhance its characteristics and improve its transformation, other components are added: catalysts, inhibitors, thermoplastic additives, demoulding agents, thickeners and pigments.
