Akulon® K20HG60 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that serves as a resin, binder, and matrix material with the additional benefit of a low carbon footprint. Its features include cost-effectiveness, design flexibility, good strength, heat stabilization, high-temperature resistance, and light weight, making it suitable for various markets including automotive, electrical, electronics, and industrial applications.

EcoPaXX® Q20HG60 is a black, unidirectional tape that offers 60% continuous glass fiber reinforcement and is heat stabilized. It can be processed using lamination, thermoforming, and winding techniques. Similar to EcoPaXX® Q20HC60, this product is also bio-based and can be measured using 14C. It is used in applications such as coolant expansion tanks, wheel housing parts, flooring, and door panels.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 397PA is a pre-accelerated isophthalic/neopentyl glycol polyester resin with a high heat deflection temperature and good water and chemical resistance. It is recommended for the fabrication of high-performance laminates for critical applications in aggressive environments. This product is suitable for contact molding and filament winding processes.

Crystic® Vinylester Resin VE671 is an epoxy Bisphenol A based standard vinyl ester resin. It has outstanding chemical resistance to a wide range of substances, (acids, alkalies, oxidising agents) at room and elevated temperatures. The product is suitable for fabrication of fiber reinforced composites by all conventional techniques (contact molding, filament winding and injection molding) and for use in many chemical processing industry applications (storage tanks, vessels, ducts).

Crystic® Polyester Resin 196E is a non-accelerated, non-thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin for use in hot climates. It has Lloyd's approval and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications. This product is particularly suitable for filament winding and pultrusion processes.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 272 is an isophthalic polyester resin. It is recommended for use in high-performance applications using filament winding, pultrusion, and centrifugal or contact molding processes. The fully cured laminates have high mechanical strength and excellent strength retention in wet environments at temperatures up to 60ºC.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 272E is an isophthalic polyester resin designed for use in hot climates. It is used in high-performance applications such as pipes, tanks, and ducting. This versatile resin is suitable for use in filament winding, pultrusion, centrifugal molding, or contact molding processes. It has a 25-minute gel time.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 197M is a medium-reactivity, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin with very high mechanical properties. It is suitable for pipe and tank manufacture. This product has an 18-minute gel time and functions as a resin, binder, and matrix material.

espol™ 39.00 is a novalac-based epoxy vinyl ester resin designed to provide exceptional mechanical and chemical resistance properties at high operating temperatures. Its novolac-based backbone imparts it with excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals and oxidizing environments. It brings in enhanced durability, showing excellent long-term retention of strength and toughness at elevated temperatures.

Crystic® Resin 3454.4T AC01 has been designed for filament winding application but can also be used by hand layup or spray techniques. Its medium-to-high reactivity allows for a fast curing time, even on thin laminates. This resin is suitable for the production of glass-reinforced laminates when heat distortion resistance is required. Its high performance makes it particularly suitable for the production of oil tanks and pipes.

Crystic® Vinylester Resin VE673 is a low-viscosity, non-accelerated, non-thixotropic, high-HDT epoxy novalac vinyl ester resin with outstanding chemical resistance to a wide range of substances at room temperature and elevated temperatures. This product is suitable for laminating and filament winding. It has a 16-minute gel time and can be used for chemical resistance, building and construction, and industrial applications.

Crystic® High Performance Resin 3642.3 can be used by spray, filament winding, or hand layup. This resin can be used in many applications, but its high performance makes it particularly suitable for the production of oil tanks. Additionally, it can also be used for direct bonding on sanitary acrylic.

Eagle Chemicals USP-EAGLE (PIP40-62) has ortho-based, very good mechanical properties, low viscosity, medium reactivity and good rigidity. Filament winding and hand lay up in pipe manufacturing

ISO112 is an isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin type 1140 according to DIN 16946-2. ISO112 is particular indicated in outdoor application.

USP-EAGLE (PIP50-60) is an Isophthalic based Unsaturated Polyester resin with high mechanical & chemical resistance.

Ilkalem AS IR-100T is ISO thixotropic unsaturated polyester resin for GRP applications.

NORSODYNE® H 16239 - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce pipes and tanks through filament winding,hand lay up and spray up method.

DISTITRON® 3559 FV3 - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce pipes and tanks.

DISTITRON® 1402 AN2V3 - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce pipes and tanks through filament winding method.

EPOVIA OPTIMUM® KRF 2000 SE - Brominated Epoxy Resin based vinyl ester in styrene. It is used as general purpose in filament winding,vacuum injection,hand lay up and spray up,pultrusion method.

EPOLAM 2020 is a Variable reactivity by addition of an accelerator Tg ~80°C

AOC's Vipel F010 series is a bisphenol A epoxy-based vinyl ester resin dissolved in styrene. Sicomin SR GreenPoxy 28 / SD 3304 is a laminating epoxy systems developed by Sicomin and adapted for the production of high performance composites. SR GreenPoxy 28 Epoxy resin is produced with 28% of carbon originating from biomass. The combination of SR GreenPoxy 28 with SD 3304 hardener yields a low viscosity epoxy resin system of medium reactivity, with outstanding wetting-out properties on glass, carbon and aramid fibers. Due to its excellent impregnation properties, it is a preferred resin for the production of highly resilient composite fiber structures using filament winding technique, hand lay-up or pultrusion.

AOC's Vipel F282 series resins are high molecular weight, bisphenol-A fumarate, unsaturated polyester resins. Vipel F282 series has an excellent shelf life and is ideal for filament winding and spray-up applications. One unique version is Vipel F282-ZZZ-00 which is the powdered alkyd product that can be shipped abroad and blended locally with styrene and other monomers. The Biresin® CR84 system is a lightly thickened epoxy resin system having a pot-life up-to 10 hours and a reduced tendency to drip or spray from reinforcing fibers during processing. The resin system can be fully cured at 80°C.

Rhino Linings USA, Inc. 1301 Resin is a Standard Undiluted Epoxy Resin. The standard press mold epoxy system for composite laminates and parts. All listed hardeners cure very quickly at standard process temperatures 160°F – 210°F.
