Atlas F60 has a very good honeycomb structure and special chemical properties, which can be effectively used in all standard industries and processing industries, such as hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, RTM and other processes. It is a globally applicable material, widely used in fields such as wind turbine cabin covers, ships and non-structural parts.

LTM800/225i is a High-speed diversion fabric. The fabric specially designed for the closed-mold molding process, and the unique structural design, makes the product form a diversion channel after layering, which greatly improves the resin diversion and penetration effect, especially suitable for vacuum infusion process. The weight is 800~2400g/㎡, and the width is 50~3200mm. Mainly used in wind energy, shipbuilding and other fields.

ROVIFLOW™ 505T/NET1/300 (36) is 923 gsm stitched multi-layer product, comprising a 500gsm fabric, a 110gsm polyester flow medium, and a 300gsm mat. It is used for infusion processes without an additional external flow medium.

Teccore® TG120 creates additional stiffness in advanced composite panels at lower weight and cost. A panel density of 0.9 g/cm2 can be achieved. By replacing carbon (prepreg) content, Lantor Teccore reduces the environmental impact of carbon composites up to 40% CO2 eq. emission and energy used. Teccore has a nonwoven base made from recycled bottles and resin bonded microspheres to build up low weight volume. Lantor Teccore helps to reduce the fiber print in composite parts and makes painting much easier.

AIREX® T90 is a closed-cell, thermoplastic and recyclable polymer foam with excellent fire, smoke & toxicity (FST) properties. It has very good mechanical properties and an extraordinary resistance to fatigue, is chemically stable and has negligible water absorption. It is thermally stable during high temperature processing and post curing. T90 is designed for easy use with all resin systems and processing technologies. AIREX® T90 is the ideal core material for structural sandwich applications requiring high fire resistance.

This is a continuous filament reinforcing mat designed for flat-sheet epoxy laminate production. It has been treated with a suitable bonding resin and coupling agent and has good handling properties and weight uniformity

TYCOR® G4.1 provides designers a cost advantage compared to balsa and structural foam. The fiber-reinforced pre-form core is designed for vacuum infusion. It is comprised of fiberglass webs which develop nearly allthe core’s mechanical properties upon infusing and helps prevent resin race tracking even in contoured shapes. Fine cell foam minimizes excess resin absorption and provides durability during handling and processing. AIREX® C70 is a closed cell, cross-linked polymer foam that combines excellent stiffness and strength to weight ratios with superior toughness. It is non-friable, contains no CFC’s, has negligible water absorption, and provides an excellent resistance to chemicals. The fine cell structure offers an excellent bonding surface. Schmelzer Industries FLEXIVEIL 20 mil is a non-woven, continuous strand glass fiber surfacing veil for compound curved composite parts. NM Laminering 650 is a two pack, solvent‐free, epoxy laminating system with a high TG and very high strength values. Wetting and adhesive properties are very good to all kind of fibers.

Biresin® CR83 is an epoxy resin system with extremely low viscosity designed specifi cally for the infusion process for the production of high performance fiber reinforced composites parts and molds. The system has thermal properties up to 80°C. Biresin® CR83 epoxy resin has a low tendency to crystallize.
