Polyumac Air-Cell T-60 is a hybrid, closed cell cross-linked polyester foam core that is an economical alternative to other cores used in the production of sandwich composite structures. In addition to its excellent strength to weight ratio, it offers good dimensional stability at elevated temperatures.

TYCOR® W0.1 provides designers a cost advantage compared to balsa and structural foam. The fiber-reinforced pre-form core is designed for vacuum infusion. It is comprised of fiberglass webs which develop nearly allthe core’s mechanical properties upon infusing and helps prevent resin race tracking even in contoured shapes. Fine cell foam minimizes excess resin absorption and provides durability during handling and processing. TYCOR® W0.1 engineered core materials optimize weight, stiffness and strength in infused applications enabling structures that can be made lighter, less expesively and more reliably than old generation core materials.

Barymat M-100D consist of a deep embossed vinyl “carpet like” wear surface on top of high transmission loss, 1.0 lb and 2. lb per sq. ft. flexible barrier with a 0.25 in. for the M-100D and a 0.375 in. closed cell modified PVC/nitrile rubber foam decoupling layer. The scuff resistant surface provides durability while the closed cell foam delivers excellent vibration isolation for maximum comfort. Baymat M-100D & M-600D is easy to install, effective treatments which require water and oil absorption resistance.

Natex 2D 600 is a technical fabric in natural flax fiber designed from untwisted roving. It comes as Twill 3/3 Natex® Fabrics with Laize 1000 mm and as 600 g/m2.

NOISEBLOK - MASS LOADED VINYL (MLV) made from mineral filled, 100% recycled PVC and is designed for maximum sound transmission loss in a thin sheet material. This strong and flexible noise barrier is easy to work with and can be used in many applications such as Walls, Pipes, Ducts, Window Mullions, Fences or Vehicles. Noise Blok is non-toxic and available in 1 lb and 2 lb per sq. ft. with 1/2 lb. on special order. Noise Blok is commonly installed directly on the studs before drywall is applied to allow the material to hang freely. The material is easy to cut with standard ‘snap off blade’ utility knives making site fitting fast and easy. Standard roll sizes are kept in stock and custom widths and lengths are available for larger orders.

Gillfab® 1368 series laminates are a high strength, low FST grade liners constructed using a combination of woven E and/or S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and an optional 1 mil white Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film overlay on the face and/or back side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance.

Natex P-Preg PA11 P1/1 900 is a powder-coated fabric woven from flax fibers that are pre-impregnated with thermoplastic resins. It comes as NATTEX® P-Preg, Polyamide 11 with 1000 mm Width and pre-preg fabrics uni-directional in natural fibers with flax of 900 g/m2.

Saint-Gobain Vetrotex America EC6 3 mm is a Vetrotex textile chopped strands are made from continuous E-Glass filaments treated with a starch/oil-based textile size which are then chopped to a given length from 3mm up to 24mm. Textile chopped strands are manufactured to strict internal process and product specifications. Only E-Glass with textile sizing is used in the production of these filaments.The chopped strands are free of contamination or any other foreign material.

The Letoxit foil isparticularly suitable for interiors of busses, trains and aircrafts. The sandwich made of Letoxit® LFX 062, glass fabric and nomex honeycomb used for train interior panels was tested accordingto DIN 5510-2 (S4,SR2, ST2).
