Polymer Curing Agent A is a colorless, mobile liquid, consisting of peroxides based on methyl ethyl ketone, desensitized with phthalate plasticiser. This ketone peroxide is used mainly as an initiator (radical source) in the curing of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins.

Polymer Curing Agent B is a clear solution of acetyl acetone peroxide (AAP), or 2,4- Pentanedione peroxide in a phlegmatizer. Polymer Curing Agent B is a very effective polymerization initiator for the room temperature cure of unsaturated polyester resins and gives exceptionally fast cures without significantly affecting gel times in most resin systems. Polymer Curing Agent B has the added advantage of being a low fire or explosion hazard.

POLYCAT® SA 2 LE is a low-emissive, delayed-action tertiary amine based on DBU. It effectively enhances the urethane reaction when heat is applied, making it suitable for microcellular, integral skin, coating, adhesive, sealant, and elastomer applications. This product is especially recommended for use with low-activity aliphatic isocyanates.

POLYCAT® SA 8 is a tertiary amine utilized to enhance the urethane reaction either through heat activation or when combined with co-catalysts at ambient temperature. This product finds application in coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers, and composites. By using formulations containing POLYCAT® SA 8, it is possible to achieve an extended pot life comparable to that of mercury catalysts.

Technicure® MDU-11M is a substituted urea commonly utilized as a dicyandiamide accelerator in one-component epoxy resin-based formulations.

Deuteron® UV 3100 is designed to facilitate the hardening process of binder systems that undergo cationic polymerization upon UV exposure. This solution is soluble in various binder systems, including common solvents and reactive diluents. It employs C12/C14 glycidilether as a reactive thinner and is characterized by minimal benzene emission and a low-odor profile, contributing to more environmentally conscious and user-friendly applications.

LRBG Chemicals USA Catalyst I-25 powder is specifically designed for use with their melamine urea powder resin, MU 400. When blended with MU 400, it extends the working pot life and accelerates the set time under heat.
