ESTISURF® A7 is a non-ionic or anionic emulsifier package for the production of semi-stable emulsions. It contains corrosion inhibitors for iron and yellow metals. It shows good blending properties with hydrocarbon solvents. This has been successfully tested by the FOGRA Institute as a 3% solution in 97% D60 solvent.

ESTISURF® MF20 MB consists of non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants, RSPO MB-quality ESTISOL esters, and coupling agents. It is VOC-free. Up to 33% ESTISURF® MF20 MB can be applied in a cleaner concentrate – WITH NO CLP LABEL—provided that the other components do not contribute to CLP labeling.

ESTISURF® M41 consists of an optimized blend of non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, and coupling agents. Based on soybean oil, which unlike some palm oil is a great sustainable source.

BioLoop 68L-PG is a new range of bio-based surfactants containing components that are 100% renewable. This product is based on a hydrophilic loop reacted onto a vegetable oil hydrophobe, and being palm oil free has a good sustainability profile. Unlike many bio-based surfactants, this product offers excellent surfactant properties and can be used as a green alternative to the conventional synthetic nonionics, such as alcohol ethoxylate.

Lansurf SP41 is a biodegradable electrolyte soluble surfactant. This product is a formulated system designed for application in highly alkaline and acidic cleaning concentrates. Lansurf SP41 exhibits low foam characteristics and can, therefore, be used in applications where high agitation occurs or in pressure spray techniques.

Cola®Teric AV is an alkyl betaine that effectively thickens HCl as well as mixtures of HCl and other mineral acids. As a surfactant, Cola®Teric AV also provides wetting and detergency properties in acid formulations. Due to its viscosity building efficiency, ease of formulation and long-term stability in mineral acids, Cola®Teric AV is ideal for use in acid bowl cleaners, dairy cleaners and a variety of applications where viscous acid solutions are required. For easiest results, add the ColaTeric AV to the water and then add the acid.

Cola®Trope 522 is an alkaline stable surfactant that is soluble and stable in 35% sodium hydroxide and high levels of other alkaline builders. This surfactant is used to formulate alkaline detergents for use in metal cleaning, food plant cleaning, and transportation cleaning. Cola®Trope 522 is useful at an application temperature of greater than 140ºF in 35% sodium hydroxide, 20% sodium metalsilicate, 45% KOH and 45% TKPP individually.

Cola® Cor 200 is a water-soluble carboxylate that is useful in a variety of metalworking, detergent, aerosol, and water-based coating applications. Aqueous solutions are low foaming, providing effective corrosion protection and surface activity in use treat levels (0.5 - 1.5%). For optimum rust protection, solution pH should be adjusted to 8.5 or greater with triethanolamine. Cola®Cor 200 exhibits excellent tolerance to water hardness and aqueous films dry to tack free residues. Environmentally safe; does not contain boron, phosphates, chromates, nitrites or metallic cations.

Cola® Det DEF-35 is a high-active liquid pearling agent designed for easy dispersibility at ambient temperatures. Cola® Det DEF-35 is used in pearlescent cosmetic surfactant preparations, particularly for DEA free formulations, and forms an elegant pearl in all liquid personal care formulations. It is added slowly to the batch with moderate agitation to obtain attractive pearlescence and stability. The amount of use will vary from 3-12% based on the pearl effect desired.

Colonial SOS is a highly biodegradable wetting agent that is stable under varying conditions of pH and temperature.

Cola® Det 190 is a highly concentrated, proprietary blend of anionic and nonionic surfactants that can be used as a base for a wide range of dishwash, laundry and other household cleaning products, covering the range from economy to premium formulations.

Cola®Lux LO is an amine oxide that provides good detergency, exceptionally high foaming, and viscosity forming properties. This product is recommended for shampoos, handsoaps, bath products, creams and lotions, hair conditioners, dishwashing detergents, cleansers, and hard surface cleansers.

Cola®Trope 555 is an alkaline stable surfactant designed for formulating low foaming, liquid cleaner concentrates containing comparatively high levels of caustic and/or other alkaline compounds. Cola®Trope 555 exhibits optimum detergency and low foaming properties at low application temperatures (<60C).

Cola®Teric JEM, derived from mixed caprylic and ethylhexoic acids, is a surfactant with low foaming characteristics that is stable in alkaline medium. Cola®Teric JEM can be sprayed onto dry caustic soda, which will not discolor even after prolonged storage. Cola®Teric JEM is recommended for use in bottle washing compounds, wax stripping formulations, for alkaline degreasing (containing 12 to 18% caustic soda), electrolytic degreasing, and fruit and vegetable lye peeling.

Cola®Terge 102 is a high performance blend of surfactants designed for use in water-based degreasing and hard surface cleaning applications. It is a fast wetter for penetrating soils and surfaces and a powerful emulsifier while holding soils in suspension. Cola®Terge 102 is suitable for use in alkaline, acidic and general purpose cleaners. The simple combination of Cola®Terge 102 with or without builders makes an excellent water-based degreaser.

The Suga®Fax materials are derived from alkyl polyglucosides, a renewable resource made from coconut oil and corn syrup. These starting materials provide biodegradable, mild surfactants that can function in extreme conditions for a variety of consumer and industrial applications. Unlike some conventional surfactants used in 50% Caustic Soda solutions, Cola®Trope AHS is readily soluble and requires no prolonged mixing or heating. It is also stable in mineral acids (i.e., 25% HCl, 20% HNO3, and 85% H3PO4). Suggested uses are in the area of industrial and household products where high performance and low foam are required. Suga®Fax D10NC is an ideal starting point for formulators of high-performance industrial cleaners, household cleaners and oilfield cleaners that also feature greener, milder and safer properties. This 100% naturally-derived, mild surfactant has broad regulatory approvals, very mild characteristics for human contact and safe for release in the environment, all while being an effective detergent and hydrotrope. Suga®Fax D10NC is a 100% biobased material as designated by USDA testing protocol. Suga®Fax D10NC is also readily biodegradable (OECD 301B) and presents no damage to aquatic life. The mild properties of Suga®Fax D10NC in eyes and on skin make it very useful in cleaners where human contact may occur with the cleaning product. Suga®Fax D10NC is stable at all pH ranges for extended periods while providing immediate wetting in water. Suga®Fax D10NC can lower the surface tension of 50% and 25% caustic as well as other builder systems, enabling the builder to fully perform in the formulation.Suga®Fax D10NC may be used in household cleaners for hard surface cleaning, oven cleaning, and in extreme clean-up products for pots and pans. It is also suitable for high-performance cleaners in heavy duty industrial applications.

Cola® Det 4X Ultra Conc concentrated natural liquid laundry detergent is free of ethoxylates (1,4-dioxane), alcohols, iethanolamides, lauryl sulfates, laureth sulfates, parabens, and formaldehyde. It is prepared with Suga®Nate 160NC, Colonial’s 100% natural APG-based surfactant that off ers powerful cleaning and unparalleled mildness. The remaining ingredients in the concentrate are easily obtainable and derived from natural, renewable resources.

Cola®Terge 226 is an optimized blend of nonionic and cationic surfactants, intended to be used for water-based degreasing. A cleaning formulation based on Cola®Terge 226 can often replace a solvent because of the efficient cleaning effect on grease and oil. When an oily soil contains a lot of soot and pigments, the cleaning effect will often be much better than with conventional products. A water-based alkaline cleaning formulation based using Cola®Terge 226 and appropriate complexing agent is a significant improvement compared with conventional alkaline cleaners.

Cola®Liquid DCM is a DEA-free fatty amide blend designed for incorporation into most water dilutable products. In addition to corrosion inhibition, Cola®Liquid DCM provides high detergency for effective cleaning, and prevents soil from re-depositing after being loosened. The unique wetting properties are intended to allow dispersion over oily surfaces without creeping under and loosening flooring adhesives. The high viscosity of Cola®Liquid DCM delivers a thick, pleasing consistency for formulations, and the controlled foam provides satisfactory suds without disproportionate volume.

Cola®Terge APDC is a cost effective, 100% active, liquid detergent concentrate that can be readily diluted and modified to develop a wide range of low cost, yet high performance household and industrial products.
